Hi all,
what is the technological status of Certified Open?
When can we realistically go into test mode? If we really want to use the Microsoft case decision for announcing Certified Open we only have a little more than a month for such a test case usage, which seems barely enough.
So an update on the current status would be appreciated.

The database backend is entering test mode right now; The server software is running on gahn.fsfeurope.org, and Rod Norman is just in the process of setting up the client on his notebook so he can test. There are of course a few things not implemented yet, mostly because they are not yet fully specified, like the pricing model (how much does a certification cost for whom).
As to the web interface, I don't know what the status is. We have agreed that the API between database backend and web interface should be specified by Reflab, and I have not received anything in that regard yet.
Thanks, Reinhard
