The Marcom paper you have produced outlines succinctly the issues we identified and lists the action steps we proposed.
If we are going to bring CO to market and develop critical mass we need a detailed plan with targets based on utilising the resources we have available now, then we can get on with that now.
We must be very specific about our targets within the selected target markets and tailor our web messages appropriately.
Then additionally we can prepare a plan based on a sponsors investment to show how we would use the additional money/resources to fast track CO take up. There might be a few of these based on say euro 20k increments.
Above all we must be realistic.
