Those of you who use Inkscape may know that it lacks support for professional pre-printing, CMYK, and high DPI bitmap output.
I found an extension which adds some of these features called OutputPro. It's still lacking key features, but it's promising, and may be useful if you need to output high quality JPEGs. It's also supposed to do PDFs but I haven't managed that yet. Unfortunately all the details and the extension itself is only available in Portuguese.
