Würde mich freuen wenn von eurer Seite jemand dazu beitragen könnte, dass das App möglichst bald in DER Paketquelle für Freie Software auf Android ist.

Ich auch nicht, daher kann ich zu deinen Fragen und Kommentaren auch nicht viel sagen.
So weit ich weiß, hat sich unser Team mit opencellid und openbmap auch beschäftigt, aber ich weiß nicht, wie weit da eine Zusammenarbeit harrscht oder nicht, auch da musst du unsere Leute direkt fragen.

In diesem Sinne danke für den Eintrag in die Submission Queue auf F-Droid - auch wenn ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob unsere Leute schon so viel Publicity dafür wollen (nach dem öffentlichen Blog Post mag das aber eh der Fall sein).
"So viel Publicity" – mal ehrlich, welche Klientel verwendet denn F-Droid… ;)
Ich glaube nicht dass man befürchten muss, dass durch die Verfügbarkeit dort plötzlich die User-Massen die App im frühen Entwicklungsstadium nutzen wollen und dann "Das funktioniert nicht!!" in den Issue Tracker schreiben. Ich glaube eine Veröffentlichung über F-Droid zahlt derzeit ganz besonders dann aus, wenn man eine App durch erfahrenere User testen lassen und halbwegs qualifizierte Rückmeldungen kriegen will.
