Hallo Leute, ich habe schon wieder eine Frage:
Angeblich gibt es Software, die eine elektronische Aufbewahrung von Belegen für die Buchhaltung erlaubt. In großen Firmen werden Belege derart eingescannt, dass gewährleistet ist, dass die Belege nicht nachträglich geändert werden können.
Dafür gibt es anscheinend (lizenzierte?) Software, die das garantieren soll. (Einfach nur einscannen, ist angeblich zu wenig.)
Kennt jemand von Euch so etwas für Linux-Server?

P.S.: Heute habe ich von einem Kollegen erfahren, dass er neuerdings Trisquel einsetzt. (Er war ursprünglich ein Windows-User und scheint keine Probleme mit dem neuen System zu haben.) Das ist ja mal eine nette Neuigkeit. Möglicher Weise war mein Gerede nicht bedeutungslos... :)

Naja, ohne wissend zu sein behaupte ich einmal, dass ein Scan ein Bild, PDF oder so was auswirft. Das kann man sicher dann noch verändern, außer es wird geschützt, da gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten.
Man könnte es digital Signieren, und das Dokument ist nur mit der Digitalen Signatur gültig, Checksums erstellen usw.

Wie oben schon zu merken: Damit kenne ich mich nicht wirklich aus, aber interessante Frage.

Bei meinen Kunden wird vom ERP ein pdf z.B der Rechnungen generiert und an die Dokumentenmanagmentsoftware (proprietär z.B D3 oder Profile) unsigniert übergeben. So weit ich das verstehe ist die Revisionssicherheit weniger eine technische Eigenschaft als eine Zertifizierung der Lösung durch Wirtschaftsprüfer: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revisionssicherheit
