Die Fragen, welche ich schon länger nicht angesehen habe passen jetzt auch noch nach nochmaligem kurzen drüberfliegen glaube ich.
Ordentliche Einleitung fehlt noch, welche vor allem erklärt wie das ganze Ablaufen soll.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
die österreichische Fellowship-Gruppe der Free Software Foundation Europe (http://fellowship.fsfe.org/index.de.html) hat im Vorfeld der richtungweisenden Nationalratswahl am 29. September 2013 zwölf Fragen erarbeitet, um deren Beantwortung wir ersuchen. Den Wählerinnen und Wählern soll dadurch eine Einschätzung der Stellung Ihrer Partei zum Themenkomplex Freie Software ermöglicht werden. Ihre Antworten werden wir gemeinsam mit den Antworten der anderen Parteien vor der Wahl veröffentlichen.
Senden Sie uns Ihre Antworten bitte bis spätestens 16. September 2013 zu und stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre Stellungnahme an die in dieser Mail in Kopie gesetzten Adressen gerichtet ist.
01. Sollte Ihrer Meinung nach die von öffentlicher Hand beauftragte Software grundsätzlich Freie Software sein? Wenn ja: Mit welchen Maßnahmen und in welchem Zeitrahmen planen Sie, diese Forderungen bei einer Regierungsbeteiligung umzusetzen? Wenn nicht: Aus welchen Gründen lehnen Sie es ab, dass diese Software wieder der Allgemeinheit in vollem Umfang zur Verfügung gestellt wird?
02. Wie beurteilen Sie Softwareentwicklungsaufträge, welche von öffentlichen Einrichtungen vergeben werden, die nach der Auslieferung der Software nicht sämtliche Nutzungsrechte sichern, da diese zum Beispiel keinen vollen Zugriff auf den Quellcode erlauben und auf die Rechte verzichtet wird, die Software selbst oder durch Dritte weiterzuentwickeln bzw. die Software weitergeben zu dürfen?
03. Mobile Geräte (Mobiltelefone, Tablets, Netbooks, ...) sind kleine Computer, die wir ständig mit uns herumtragen. Sie haben Mikrofone und Kameras, kennen unseren Aufenthaltsort, enthalten private Daten und Kommunikationsvorgänge. Sie sind mächtige Werkzeuge, die Risiken für die Privatsphäre bergen, aber uns in vielen Bereichen das Leben erleichtern können. Wie wollen Sie sicherstellen, dass diese äußerst weit verbreiteten Werkzeuge unserer Gesellschaft dem Anwender/Bürger Nutzen bringen und gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre der Anwender/Bürger schützen?
04. Die Bundesregierung Deutschlands hat eine Stellungnahme zum sogenannten ?Trusted Computing? abgegeben [*]. Wie ist Ihre Haltung zu den darin vorgebrachten Forderungen, besonders zur Beibehaltung der vollständigen Kontrolle der Geräte-Eigentümer über ihre Geräte, ihrer diesbezüglichen Entscheidungsfreiheit (?Opt-In?-Prinzip für ?Trusted Computing?) und der ausschließlichen Verwendung Offener Standards? Falls Sie diesen Forderungen zustimmen, was werden Sie konkret tun, damit sie eingehalten werden?

05. Wie ist Ihre Position zu ?digitaler Rechteminderung? (DRM)? Sollen Hard- und Software beliebige Beschränkungen haben dürfen? Treten Sie dafür ein, Konsumenten davor zu schützen? Wenn ja: Wie?
06. Manche Behörden machen noch immer auf ihren Webseiten Werbung für unfreie Software (z.B. in Form von Adobe Reader), obwohl es mehrere freie Alternativen gibt. Solche Werbung verstößt gegen das Gebot der Unparteilichkeit und empfiehlt den Bürgern, Technologien zu benutzen, die ihre Freiheiten unnötig beschränken. Was ist Ihre Meinung zu dieser Form von Werbung für unfreie Software und was werden Sie diesbezüglich unternehmen?
07. Immer mehr Unternehmen missbrauchen die Bezeichnung Freie Software/Open Source, um ihre proprietäre Software besser vermarkten zu können. Welche Möglichkeiten sehen Sie, Verbraucher, Unternehmen und die öffentliche Verwaltung vor Marktteilnehmern zu schützen, die proprietäre Software unter dem Label ?Freie Software? oder ?Open Source? anbieten?
08. Software kann in Österreich nicht patentiert werden. Was ist Ihre Position zu Software-Patenten?
09. Finden Sie, dass Verschlüsslung von Daten - beispielsweise bei der E-Mail-Kommunikation - ein Bürgerrecht ist?
10. Ist es Ihnen wichtig, dass Unternehmen & Privatpersonen, die dies wünschen, jegliche Form der Kommunikation mit den Behörden ausschließlich mit Freier Software und Offenen Standards durchführen können? Wenn ja, wie wollen Sie das sicherstellen?
11. Befürwortet Ihre Partei den vermehrten Einsatz von Freier Software in der Bildung (z.B. im Informatikunterricht), um mehr in Richtung allgemeines Verständnis digitaler Technologien zu lehren? Das derzeit vielerorts praktizierte ?Auswendig-lernen? bestimmter Programme wird diesem Anspruch nicht gerecht. Vor allem vor dem Hintergrund des raschen technologischen Wandels ist das Argument, dass der Arbeitsmarkt gewisse Technologien voraussetzen würde, nicht mehr haltbar.
12. Haben Sie darüber hinaus vor, in anderen Bereichen Freie Software zu fördern? Wenn ja: wie?
