Im neuesten Urteil des Oberlandesgerichts zur Berufung im Tierschutzprozess argumentieren die zuständigen Richer_innen nämlich, dass alle, die Firmen Kampagnen ankündigen, auch dann mit bis zu 5 Jahren Haft bestraft werden müssten, wenn sie dabei nicht einmal entfernt irgendwelche Gesetze brechen. Die dabei gestellten Forderungen müssen dazu lediglich über das hinaus gehen, was diese seltsamen Richter_innen als allgemein anerkannt legitim betrachten.
Diese Richter_innen behaupten tatsächlich, dass es sittenwidrig - und damit strafbar - wäre von einem Unternehmen zu fordern den Handel mit Tierfellen einzustellen.
Nach 17 Jahren Einsatz wurde endlich erreicht, dass Tierschutz in die österreichische Verfassung aufgenommen wird. Und dann so etwas...

Bitte schließt Euch den Selbstanzeigen an und verbreitet diese Informationen weiter! Es steht unsere Meinungsfreiheit auf dem Spiel.
Wenn Ihr nichts mit Tierschutz zu tun habt, aber trotzdem Selbstanzeigen machen wollt, dann lasst mich das wissen! Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich sie persönlich anzupassen. Die offizielle Variante ist nur deswegen so spezifisch weil sich das OLG-Urteil nur auf Pelzverkauf bezieht und wir nicht die Ausrede gelten lassen wollen, dass diese Selbstanzeigen ganz anders zu beurteilen wären, bloß weil es in ihnen um andere Themen geht, die diese Richter_innen möglicher Weise nicht als sittenwidrig einstufen...
