Please notify me when you have proof-read/finlaized these, then we'll translate them to Finnish and send them to the Helsinki CIO for comments before we publish it. After we get the comments will then decide on the PR date. Matthias will send them internationally and I'll distribute the Finnish translation here, ok?
Karsten can just delegate the international PR to one of the interns to send it out.
Martin and I will continue to work on the public procurement PR, maybe we can send it 1-2 weeks after the Helsinki OO report PR.
As soon as it is done, we should check with the different PRs we have at the moment, so they do not canabilise each other. (E.g. DFD has the potential to hide a PR about Helsinki, at least in the other European countries.)
