Moi,
Haluaisiko joku tai jotkut lähteä edustamaan Suomen tiimiä Berliiniin syyskuun lopussa Fellowship-koordinaattorien tapaamiseen?

Dear Coordinators,
Thank you very much for your interest as well as your good and manifold feedback concerning the first European Coordinators Meeting (ECM). By now I expect us to be around 15 people from 6 countries - that is awesome and can spread the spirit of a pan-European organisation. We made an online-survey [1] to get a date for the meeting and the ECM is now set and it will be in the last weekend in September: ** Friday 27.9.13 - Sunday 29.9.13 **
It will happen in Berlin, mostly in the FSFE's office. By then we will have been moved to a new place and you get to know where the FSFE staff is working.
= How to proceed? = Please make sure that you take your time during this weekend and I recommend you book your trip as soon as possible to get the best prices. If you need financial help for transportation, please see financial aid section below. Whenever you are sure to come, (e.g. you have booked your flight or you have asked for vacation in your work) please tell me about you are coming! That makes it so much easier to organise when I know who and how many are going to come.
Also tell me as soon as you know that you are looking for private accommodation (see below)
= What to expect? = A weekend full of Sunshine and Free Software : )

[please do not see the times given here as fixed, they are just for a first orientation. As you can see there is also still some time undefined - This is intentionally, as I can imagine you will come up with good ideas and proposals about what you would like to discuss, learn or share.]
= Accommodation = If you prefer to sleep in private accommodation in a friends house instead of a Hotel, because you would like to save some money or you are looking to be in company - please tell me so! I will find some accommodation for you, but I have to know in advance. If you like to sleep in a hotel, you can also tell me and I will look for a budget hotel that is in good access to FSFE's office.
= Financial aid = If you are looking for financial aid for your transportation to Berlin for the ECM, please contact me eal@fsfe.org and tell me how much you need. Please, be aware, that financial aid will only be available when you book before July 15th! This is easier for us to have an overview on the overall budget for the ECM - and better for everyone to get better prices by booking in advance.
Looking forward in seeing you, Erik
