I have your address from Karsten Gerloff, who told me that you are quite active in the Free Software scene Helsinki and you are maybe available as a FSFE group coordinator.
Maybe, I'm interested but also awfully busy with many things. What would being a group coordinator exactly involve?
There is a new Fellow from Helsinki, who indicated that he likes to be contacted. So I wonder if I should bring you in contact to each other or if I shall point him to another person?
I think Otto Kekäläinen, the finnish team coordinator, at least used to send email to new members. Is that still true? In any case he can surely send email directly to me or fsfe-fi@fsfe.org or both.

well, there is no official guideline to follow. as a group coordinator the most important tasks are mainly to: - organise Fellowship meetings on a (hopefully) regular basis - being the contact person to spread messages, receive information and so on between FSFE core team and you local Fellowship group - maybe try to motivate for some activities (but this at best comes out of the group itself)
well, I think that's it basically. It is not that much as it maybe sounds to be.

actually, I was not aware of that. but in any case: being a team member and/or being a group coordinator neither is the same nor does exclude each other. it was just an idea, as there was a new Fellow from Helsinki who is interested in meeting, to settle up a general meeting group in Helsinki.
thanks for all the great work done by the Finnish team!
