Dear Galia,

thank you very much for delivering ontime a first draft of the 2nd Dissemination Progress Report that FSFE prepares for our project. The first two were delivered as one report in September 2018 and were summarising the dissemination and communication activities of the FOSS4SMEs consortium during the first 12 months (up to 30.09.2018). So now the 2nd report needs to summarise the activities from 01.10.2018 up to 31.03.2019. As a result you need to update your file according to this timespan. The title could be then "Dissemination Progress Report M13-M18".

Concerning the parts marked red inside the text that need a revision, I would like us to have an extra call to find these numbers together (in our social media pages) as I am not aware of how to find/populate them for you. The rest of the data will be then populated from my IT colleagues (concerning the project website) and I will need to have a list from you, of what we need from them. Would you be available for a call next week on 11.04.?

Concerning the platform, please use the FSFE credentials to log in and see what the platform looks like currently. Most of the units are already imported and you can make 2-3 screenshots of lessons, quizzes etc.
Concerning the newsletter, as I informed you in my other e-mail, it is now send out. You can find it in Keybase under: K:\team\foss4smes\2. Implementation\A11 Newsletter\2nd Newsletter.
So, in my opinion you could update these two parts as well.

I am looking forward to our call to fill in the gaps and for your next version of the file. Thank you for your work on this!

Best,
Katerina

Dear Katerina,

Thank you so much for the patience. The file has now been uploaded on Keybase, as it turned out to be too big for an attachment. It is in the folder created by you: 1. Management >Dissemination Report > Second Diss. Report 03.2019

In red I have marked the data that needs to be either populated as it is currently missing or changed. This is primarily statistics from the website and the social media accounts, such as visitors, views, impressions and so on. I have also indicated in red where the
screenshots will be good to be placed.

Two big sections I left without an update, as I do not have in depth overview of the developments over the last two months:
1. The platform
2. The newsletter
What both would need is a screenshot and more details on the progress they made between the reported period M16 and M19

I hope that helps and talk to you on April 5th.
Kind Regards,
Galia
