For Tuesdays call, for the point on the impact model of I have prepared a first concept for discussion. I tried to condense the thinking into two pdf pages, so that you have something now that you can quickly look at before the call and we can the discuss the idea of it.

The formula part is just supposed to clarify the concept, so don't take the actual "math" seriously.
