Dear all,

we are going to meet each other via Framatalk in about 2,5 hours. I will send you the link some minutes before the meeting as usually.

Our main discussion topics for today are:

• O2/A1 Training Plan and self-diagnostic tools + the videos by TUD
  
• Translations for Unit 1
• O2 - Tools (surveys and a model for collection of case studies) by DLEARN
• Status of Upload and internal tests of content in Moodle
• Final multiplier event in Brussels
• O3/A1 impact model to project potential impact on the performance of European SMEs uptaking the FOSS migration by OFE

• Timesheets and Certificates of participation – Dublin Meet.: Pending from TUD.
• Dissemination Progress Report (M18): Dear Galia, check my e-mail from the 5^th of April, so we finalise this.
• Stakeholders Matrix: Each partner should insert 25 entries in the table (OFE and ATL did already). Due to the impact tasks (included there as well) we cant avoid this anymore.
• Multiplier Events: Remember to plan these events and use them in order to conduct the training activities required for O2/A4. We will need fotos, participants list with signatures, supporting documents etc.
• Project Website: Please go in Keybase in the Excel file "Translations Brochure Website Newsletter" and fill in the light yellow row inside the sheet called “website” with your language by 20.05. Dear Max, please keep an eye on this.
• Quality Manager: Elisa Chiesa is no longer in the team. Francesco is from now on our QM. Please updates your deliverables in Keybase accordingly.
• Platfrom Design Plan: Is in Keybase. Feedback until 31.05.19.
• Translated content in Moodle: Greek translations of Units finished. If changes, please inform the group.
