thank you very much for preparing and sending us your first concept on the model we need to build within O3/A1. I am looking forward to our discussion on Tuesday, so that we can support you finalise this task.

From my side, I am suggesting that since the proposal wants us to build the model "based on a series of assumptions regarding the penetration of the FOSSS Business User competences in a big number of European countries and small businesses companies ", in order to make this more profound and in order to show that we are using the results of previous outputs, you could use the FOSSS Business User competences as described in our deliverable "O1-A2_ECVET FOSS-BU Profile" from O1/A2. In the big table we developed at that time of the project, there is a column called "competences", which includes information you could refer to in order to build your "series of assumptions". Do you think it is possible to include such information in the model you developed?

Further, I liked the math in the second page, but I couldnt understand why you wrote "A profit/sales from IT products at firm i with o open
source “uptake of FOSS migration". It looks like we think that all SMEs sell IT products and profit from them, which is not the case. What did you want to show here?

Finally, the third page is an excellent basis to include in our O3 deliverables, to show that we are experts and up-to-date in this field.

For Tuesdays call, for the point on the impact model of I have prepared a first concept for discussion. I tried to condense the thinking into two pdf pages, so that you have something now that you can quickly look at before the call and we can the discuss the idea of it.

The formula part is just supposed to clarify the concept, so don't take the actual "math" seriously.
