Hi Max,

I am not expecting something different from what you already described inside our Dissemination Plan. I copy paste here the two chapters analysing this:
2.5. Organisation of Dissemination Events
Apart from the fixed Multiplier Events, each partner will also take care of spreading the word and project results at other occasions through Dissemination Events. This can be done by presenting the project at a public event or conference and will help reaching stakeholders who haven't been reached so far. The options for Dissemination Events are manifold. For example, a partner can include a slide and some words during a presentation at a conference, show a poster at the booth during a
trade fair, or hand out the brochures to the participants of a seminar. It is important to document these events. The partners have to make sure to take at least one photo of the dissemination. Each project partner is advised to organise at least two Dissemination Events per project year, so a minimum of 22 events will take place for the whole period of the project. The consortium keeps track of these activities in the Dissemination spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vgjD1UuzFo_sE-LAogX8lnk1g4pFC-AOo1NTQ4aslU/edit#gid=0
2.6. Participation in Dissemination Activities
The project partners are also welcome to conduct further Dissemination Activities which are optional but helpful for the promotion of the project. They don’t underlie the tougher requirements Dissemination Events do but should also be documented. Dissemination activities are similarly documented in the same excel sheet (see link above) and include activities like e.g. attendance to external events promoting FOSS, exhibitions, distribution of flyers, etc.

We need to make sure that we fulfil these points as a team. Can you please tell me how is our status? We will have a good picture through the Progress Report, but maybe in the next telco you can tell us if we need to do more in this direction.

Thank you.

Best,
Katerina

Hi Katerina,

Thanks for the minutes.

I am not sure what you would expect here. floss.events [^1] is a website listing notable FOSS events in Europe. But dissemination can also take place in other kinds of events in your own bubble: trade fairs, academical meetups, VET meetings. I am sure your organisations visit
enough events where you could disseminate the project in one way or the other.

Best,
Max
