*Internal testing of each partner's material*: I suggest that each partner starts this process as soon as his Unit is uploaded. There is already the *test plan* developed by ATL here: K:\team\foss4smes\2. Implementation\Outputs\Output 2\A1 Training course contents\Test Plan. So if anyone wants changes in the platform please write one single e-mail to me only summarising the points. I will then forward it to our IT colleague.
*A8 - Publication of Articles:* ATL will submit these days a Poster text for OpenSym 19. Please see if you can fulfil this task as well (especially our university partners).
*Dissemination Progress Report (M18):* Everyone please see the e-mail from Galia on 12.03.19 to send the required information by next Wednesday the latest. FSFE needs to prepare a report in the end of March.

*O2/A4 Assessment: *Dear colleagues from SKUNI, thank you for your e-mail from 15.03.19. Due to proposal submission in new Erasmus+ projects, I was unable to review the 3rd version of your document. I will do it by Wednesday.
*Tools (surveys and a model for collection of case studies) by DLEARN**: *The tools that will help us measure the impact of the entire training system to the different target groups of this project *will be provided by Francesco*. These tools must be used in parallel with the assessment tools of SKUNI. Francesco, when can I have a first draft?
I will be in Berlin until next Tuesday and I will have Internet connection periodically, so for urgent matters you can reach me in mobile or contact Ifigeneia.

A save the date is prepared, but there is a holdup related to an outstanding answer from FSFE as we suggested to do also a FOSS policy meetup in the margins and we usually cooperate with FSFE on this - @Max, can you say when you will have an answer on this? a very quick update for you. O2/A1 Unit 5 final version is uploaded successfully in Moodle. The assessments are being currently developed. Our IT noted that there are no sources given for the images and no references given for the lessons. O2/A1 Unit 4 is also uploaded. We plan to complete the uploading of Unit 5 today.

Thanks for the update. Two quick questions. When will the link for usage scenario 2 be provided? We are unable to find it. Further, we are also unable to find (PDF/A-1) files for usage scenario 3 for any units except unit 4 in Keybase (as detailed in version 3.0 of "O2/A4 assessment methodology and tools"). When will those be provided?

thank you for the question. I have already informed our IT that:
*1. We need to have a download-link for the content of our Moodle course for offline-use. Some users/SMEs may prefer to use a "local copy" (i.e. downloaded and host an instance of the online platform with its associated learning content) in their own organisation. The idea is to give them the option to explore for themselves whether or not they prefer to download and install the entire training system with its associated learning content for local (on premise) use for different versions and distributions of Windows, MacOS, and Linux.2. Secondly, as some users/SMEs may prefer to download the entire learning content, but not the online platform -for internal use-, we need to give them the option to download it altogether as a set of PDF/A-1 files. If its possible, we would like to have also a button for this in the end of every Unit. *
I received their confirmation, that this is doable. We will do it as soon as we have completed the upload of all the units successfully.
For ATL now is important that all the partners finish the testing of their units and send us their required changes, so that we can finalise the units before the assessment begins from externals. Have you tested your unit? Do we need to improve anything for you or are you only missing the link and the PDF file?

I received their confirmation, that this is doable. We will do it as soon as we have completed the upload of all the units successfully.
For ATL now is important that all the partners finish the testing of their units and send us their required changes, so that we can finalise the units before the assessment begins from externals. Have you tested your unit? Do we need to improve anything for you or are you only missing the link and the PDF file?
We have tested unit 4 for usage scenario 1. From this test we find that the content deviates from the ODT document provided as input for usage scenario 1. Further, the content is not correctly licensed. Please see the ODT file provided for usage scenario 1 and usage scenario 2. The correct licensing information is also provided in the PDF/A-1 file for usage scenario 3.

*Upload in Moodle*: ATL has finished importing Unit 1. Unit 4, 5 and 2.3 2.4. will be uploaded by the end of this week.
*O2/A1 Training Plan: *pending.
*Internal testing of each partner's material*: I suggest that each partner starts this process as soon as his Unit is uploaded. There is already the *test plan* developed by ATL here: K:\team\foss4smes\2. Implementation\Outputs\Output 2\A1 Training course contents\Test Plan. So if anyone wants changes in the platform please write one single e-mail to me only summarising the points. I will then forward it to our IT colleague.
*A8 - Publication of Articles:* ATL will submit these days a Poster text for OpenSym 19. Please see if you can fulfil this task as well (especially our university partners).
*Dissemination Progress Report (M18):* Everyone please see the e-mail from Galia on 12.03.19 to send the required information by next Wednesday the latest. FSFE needs to prepare a report in the end of March.
*O3 - Draft Terms of Reference and Policy Brief:* e-mail from Sivan on 11.03.19. Katerina will provide feedback on the document by end of next week.
*Timesheets and Certificates of participation – Dublin Meet.:** Pending from *TUD.
*FOSS4SMEs: Minutes - telco 12.03.19: *Dear colleagues from SKUNI, concerning your comments on the minutes, if you want them changes, please consider to update the minutes using 'track change mode' and send them to me and Brian. (see e-mail from 18.03.19)
*O2/A4 Assessment: *Dear colleagues from SKUNI, thank you for your e-mail from 15.03.19. Due to proposal submission in new Erasmus+ projects, I was unable to review the 3rd version of your document. I will do it by Wednesday.
*Tools (surveys and a model for collection of case studies) by DLEARN**: *The tools that will help us measure the impact of the entire training system to the different target groups of this project *will be provided by Francesco*. These tools must be used in parallel with the assessment tools of SKUNI. Francesco, when can I have a first draft?
I will be in Berlin until next Tuesday and I will have Internet connection periodically, so for urgent matters you can reach me in mobile or contact Ifigeneia.
