I've skimmed over all party programmes and extracted everything that seems related to digital rights [1]. Some noteworthy things (without the intention of giving any sort of voting advice):

- There is great eagerness to adopt AI.
- Some (PVDA, Volt) explicitly support the idea of Public Money, Public Code (even if they don't use the phrase as such). The others don't mention it, which could mean they're not yet well informed enough about the issue.
- Volt is the only one to dedicate a section title on digital rights and also the only one to dedicate a section title on open source. They also mention things like funding of critical software, so it looks like they have someone in the ranks who knows their stuff.
