Robert Viseur has put online a listing of companies that provide services for free software in Belgium: http://www.logiciellibre.be/
I've been looking for such a list for a while. If anyone knows of a similar list for Luxembourg or the Netherlands, or another for Belgium, I'd be happy to hear about them.
OSOSS has a list, but it's mainly about companies which provide services to the government (both national and local). See:
http://ososs.nl/dienstverleners
The lists also includes companies that can give juridical advice about free software and give training.
