Kenne mich da nicht aus, daher etwas naiv: Kann man einstweilige Verfügungen auch irgendwo öffentlich einsehen?
Wenn Du weißt, welches Gericht sie erlassen hat (fliegender Gerichtstabd), dann könnte Du bei Gericht eine Abschrift anfordern. Die zeit müsste sie natürlich auch haben.
Derartige gerichtliche Entscheidungen sind in Deutschland weder geheim, noch unterliegen sie dem Urheberrecht, dürfen also veröffentlicht werden.
Mich würde die Begründung interessieren.
Die ist meist sehr kurz und verweist oft nur auf die Antragsschrift.
