Während des Tests wird zum Beispiel gefragt, ob bei der Formatierung einer Festplatte gleichzeitig nach Virenbefall geprüft wird, wie der Standardlaufwerksbuchstabe auf einem Windows-PC lautet, wo sich darauf der Menüpunkt "Drucken" befindet, wie sich das Kontextmenü des Papierkorbs öffnen lässt, was sich mit "Smarttags" in Microsoft Office anstellen lässt, wem das Internet "gehört" und was die Abkürzung "WWW" bedeutet. Einige Fragen beschäftigen sich mit Details von aktuellen Microsoft-Produkten. Anwendern anderer Betriebssysteme könnte also ein "zufrieden stellendes Ergebnis" oder weniger per PDF-Urkunde bescheinigt werden, da sie diese Details nicht kennen können.
Irgendwie macht mit das wütend! Da sollen noch mehr Details von Microsoft Produkten gelernt werden. :( Ein vernünftiges Erlernen von Computerkenntnissen muss über das konkrete Produkt hinaus abstrahieren.
