Die meisten dieser Diskussionen drehen sich darum, dass jetzt bei der Anmeldung oder Durchführung einer Transaktion eine 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung gefordert ist. Das ist nach meiner Einschätzung *nicht* mein Problem:
Die GLS-Bank erlaubt die Anmeldung und den Abruf der Kontoauszüge ausschließlich mit dem PIN. Lediglich alle 3 Monate einmal muss ein TAN eingegeben werden, das erste Mal wird das im Dezember sein.
Ich habe bisher die sogenannte "VR-Kennung" als Benutzername, als Benutzer-ID *und* als Kundennummer verwendet. Offenbar ist es seit Mittwoch nicht mehr möglich, sich bei der GLS-Bank mit der VR-Kennung anzumelden, und ich habe auf den "VR-NetKey" umgestellt. Nach den Ausgaben zu urteilen, die ich von aq-hbci4 bekomme, werden Benutzerkennung und PIN auch akzeptiert, aber beim Abrufen der Kontenliste erhalte ich keine Konten, sondern ein "Error getting accounts (-55)" - nachdem der gesamte Dialog sonst fehlerfrei durchgelaufen ist.
Eine Suche nach der Fehlermeldung weist darauf hin, dass die Kundennummer falsch konfiguriert ist. Ich habe nun schon alle möglichen Werte für die Kundennummer probiert, aber es ist immer das selbe Ergebnis.
