Hallo zusammen,
bei uns in der Fellowship-Gruppe Franken kam die Frage auf wie das mit einem Stand so abläuft. Dass sowas nicht zentral organisiert wird, sondern direkt von Fellows vor Ort, weiß ich inzwischen. Das Booth-Howto aus dem Wiki [1][2] kenne ich auch.
Allerdings haben sich ein paar ganz praktische Fragen ergeben, die ich gerne klären würde (ich dokumentiere das dann gern auch entsprechend im Wiki).
Welche (Arten von) Tischen bieten sich an? Es gibt ja alle möglichen Klapptische, aber vielleicht gibt es da schon konkrete Erfahrungen. Wenn es Empfehlungen für etwas höhere Tische gibt, wäre das auch schön, denn ich finde normale Tische für Messen fast etwas tief.
Welche Stellwände oder sonstige Einrichtungen um Poster aufzuhängen bieten sich an?
Wo und womit hängt ihr Banner auf?
Reicht für Stände im Freien ein einfacher Pavillon? Macht man da Seitenwände dran, damit die Flyer nicht wegfliegen oder fliegt einem dann der ganze Pavillon um die Ohren?
Verwendet ihr Rollups oder gibt es da ne günstigere Lösung? Kann man da bei den normalen Rollups auch das Motiv mal ändern oder muss man dann das ganze Ding wegwerfen?
Ich weiß, dass es da ne ganze Menge Sachen für Messen gibt, aber die sind richtig teuer und ob die dann unbedingt so viel haltbarer sind, weiß ich auch nicht. Wäre halt schön, wenn ihr eure Erfahrungen teilen würdet.
Wir planen zwar aktuell nicht konkret was, aber es wäre halt gut zu wissen was sich bewährt hat.
