Gute Nachrichten bzgl des freien Corona-Warn-Stack:
Und hier wird eine mögliche Implementation der Exposure API innerhalb MicroG (freier Nachbau der unfreien Android userspace libraries) diskutiert:

Das ist inzwischen fertig und funktionstüchtig.
Ich konnte mein Lineage problemlos zu Lineage for microG transformieren und darauf läuft die Corona-Warn-App dann einfach. Yay!
"Exposure Notification" ist übrigens in GmsCore und kann in den microG-Einstellungen (de)aktiviert werden.
Darüber hinaus versuchen Leute, den Code auch außerhalb eines "microG-Systems" als Bibliothek für Covid-Apps verfügbar zu machen, z.B.

In other news gibt es eine experimentelle freie EN-Implementation "liben" für Linux (z.B. Laptops, Pinephones), bisher für Kanada. Blog:

Eine persönliche Anmerkung, weil das ganze ja immer schnell "politisch" wird:
Ich freue mich sehr darüber, dass es nun komplett freie Client-Implementationen gibt und ich nicht notwendigerweise ein Zweitgerät für die Warn-App mit mir rumschleppen muss (wenn da nicht Bluetooth wäre...).
Allerdings halte ich andere Maßnahmen zur Kontaktverfolgung für vielversprechender als die Bluetooth-Tracing-App, z.B. das von Drosten vorgeschlagene offline geführte persönliche Kontakt-/Cluster-Tagebuch (s. [0], [1]).
