Um die Software der Upload-Filter zu verstehen, müssten wir die Algorithmen und deren Datengrundlage haben. Um sie zu effektiv kontrollieren, müssten die Filter auch selbst-hostbar sein. All das scheint es nicht zu geben, sondern proprietäre Filter, auf Datenbanken von Google und Facebook, laufen zentral. Da können dann viele Unternehmen und staatliche Stellen Inhalte zum Blockieren "anmelden". Das wirkt unkontrollierbar gegenüber jeder Art von Missbrauch für Profit oder für politische Macht.

Hallo, um die kleine Chance zu erhalten, dass im Rat der Europäischen Union die EU-Urheberrechtsreform im jetzigen Entwurf noch verhindert werden kann, lohnt es sich weiterhin politisch Druck auf unsere Vertreter zu machen.
Der folgende Eil-Appell richtet sich an die zuständige Ministerin, mit guter Begründung, warum die neuen Artikel 15, 16, 17 (ehemals 11, 12, 13) stark problematisch sind. Und kann unterschrieben werden:
