Mit der Sache haben Sie allerdings wenig zu tun. In einer Situation, in der in die in unternehmerische Freiheit von sehr vielen Menschen durch den Staat in einer Weise eingegriffen wurde, daß ihre Unternehmen akut gefährdet sind, erscheint es mir notwendig, daß auch die Unternehmen, die in Geld schwimmen, einen Beitrag zur öffentlichen Daseinsvorsorge leisten müssen. Deren Existenz würde dadurch ja in keinster Weise bedroht.
Aus meiner Sicht hätten Google, Apple und Co. dazu verpflichtet werden müssen, die App auf eigene Kosten zu entwickeln und zwar so, daß eine wirklich Freie Software entsteht: Quellcode frei und veränderbar, keine Abhängigkeit von Google oder Apple, gespeichert auf einem öffentlichen Repositorie. Die Telekom müßte verpflichtet werden, die für den Einsatz notwendige Infrastruktur unentgeltlich zu betreiben.
Die App ist deshalb kein Vorbild fü Public Money - Public Code. Öffentliche Gelder hätten nie eingesetzt werden dürfen. Aber das ist in neoliberalen Zeiten wohl undenkbar.
