Hi Liste, im New Scientist Nr.2910 S.35ff findet sich der Artikel 'Lost in the Clouds', welcher sich mit der Problematik von Cloudspeicher etc. befasst und wie wenig die Menschen ueber die rechtliche Seite wissen. Darin steht, dass man nach amerikanischen Rechtsverstaendnis seine Rechte an den Daten aufgibt sobald man sie in der 'Cloud' speichert. (Wird gerade vor Gericht geprueft: Kyle Goodwin VS USA, Mr. Goodwin wird dabei von der EFF unterstuetzt).
Kennt jemand eine Seite die sich mit solchen Fallstricken beschaeftigt ? Wo kann man was nachlesen ?
