Tja, nach und nach kommt keiner mehr um Freie Software rum. Der SAP Vortrag:

Die Vorteile der Verwendung von Open Source Software liegen auf der Hand. Allerdings bringt die Integration von Open Source in kommerzielle Softwareprodukte auch Risiken mit, die nicht ignoriert werden dürfen und durch geeig- nete Governance-Ansätze eingedämmt werden müssen.Strikte Governance birgt allerdings die Gefahr, dass das Kind mit dem Bade ausgeschüttet wird. Der Vortrag beschreibt am Beispiel SAP, wie sich Governance-Prozesse im Laufe der Zeit weiter entwickeln, sodass die Vorteile der OSS-Verwendung bewahrt werden, ohne bei der Risikominimierung Kompromisse einzugehen.

Geschickter Ansatz: Einerseits werden die Vorteile Freier Software nicht geleugnet und die Erwähnung ihrer Verwendung im eigenen Haus schafft zusätzliche Glaubwürdigkeit, andererseits wird Freie Software als irgendwie besonders gefährlich dargestellt (da "Strikte Governance" auf sie irgendwie nicht angewandt werden kann).
Ergo: Verwendung Freier Software irgendwie gefährlich und schwierig und mit zusätzlichem Aufwand (Weiterentwicklung der Governance-Prozesse) verbunden.

Und es wird zudem so getan, als könne Freie Software nicht auch kommerziell sein.
