ich habe bereits eine E-Mail an die Berliner_innen geschrieben und möchte mich nun explizit an euch Brandenburger_innen richten:
Vor einiger Zeit wurde ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Überlegung im Raum steht, einmal im Monat in der Berliner E-LOK den Abend zu nutzen und zu einem beliebigen Thema unsere Gedanken schweifen zu lassen und über diese geschwiffenen Gedanken zu diskutieren.
Da ich denke, dass Philosophie etwas ist, dass nicht ausschließlich in der Universität gelehrt oder in kleineren Kreisen praktiziert werden sollte, wollte ich mich mit diesem Gedanken – uns also selber zum gemeinsamen Philosophieren zu treffen – an euch richten und euch fragen, ob ihr denn überhaupt Interesse an einem derartigen Treffen hättet, wie wir die zeitlichen und örtlichen Parameter gestalten wollten (also wann und wo wir uns träfen) und natürlich wie so ein Abend inhaltlich zu gestalten wäre.
Ich habe dafür einmal diese Liste hier vorbereitet[2] philo-stammi@q.fsfe.org
und möchte euch erst einmal die Gelegenheit geben, euch bis Samstag[3] einzutragen, bevor ich dann die Diskussion mit einer einleitenden E-Mail starten würde.

Im info der Berliner liste lese ich: "This list is for coordination of Fellowship meetings in Berlin." Seit wann wird denn in Berlin englisch gesprochen? Aber "coordinator of Fellowship" will ich nicht werden. Wie bekomme ich dann eure info's, wenn nicht ueber die FSFde-liste?

Was hat denn coordination damit zu tun ob du coordinator bist oder nicht? Ich denke viel mehr das es darum geht dort weitere Termine zu veröffentlichen zu denen du als Teilnehmer herzlich eingeladen bist. Ich lese da nicht raus, das du Koordinator der Liste sein musst.
Frage mich aber gerade wie eventuelle Neuzugänge auf der fsfe-de Liste darüber informiert werden, wenn nicht hin und wieder nochmal eine Erinnerungsmail an fsfe-de geht...

Weil hin und wieder einige der Teilnehmer in Berlin nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig sind und man diese nicht schon im Vorhinein ausschließen will. Wie die Gruppe das im Detail regelt, etwa wenn ausschließlich Deutschsprechende am Tisch sitzen, müsstest Du sie selbst fragen.

Du meinst, dass es noch andere Listen als fsfe-de@ gibt? Nun, die graue Theorie ist, dass Einschreibende über unsere Community-Seiten [1] erst auf diese Liste aufmerksam wurden, auf denen auch andere Listen aufgezählt werden. Aber natürlich gibt es sicher zig Wege, auf denen man hier her findet.
Wie wäre es, die Existenz weiterer FSFE-Listen in der Willkommens-Mail zu erwähnen, die man bei Neueinschreibung automatisch erhält? Liest das überhaupt jemand? Von regelmäßigen Erinnerungsmails an die gesamte Liste würde ich eigentlich gerne absehen...

Hallo Max,
die regelmaessigen erinnerungen sind eine bewusste option von mailman. Jede person kann dann selbst entscheiden in seiner persoenlichen konfiguration, ob sie sie empfangen will.
Dort kann dann ein link auf eine seite zeigen, die einen ueberblick ueber alle regionen oder themen bezogenen listen von FSFde gibt.
Und es spricht auch nichts dagegen, dass mitglieder von FSFde ab und zu mal einen ueberblick in der liste verteilen.
