ich weiß, es ist sehr knapp, aber mir ist es gerade erst eingefallen: Morgen, am 2. April, soll OOXML, der Standard, der in einige Funktionen mit "Do it like MS Office" definiert, offiziell als ISO-Standard verabschiedet werden [1].
Mein Vorschlag: Wäre es möglich, dass die FSFE noch eine Art öffentliche Eilmeldung an die ISO sendet, mit der Aufforderung, die Standardisierung von OOXML so lange auszusetzen, bis die Fragen um die vielen Unstimmigkeiten, die es bei der Abstimmungen wohlmöglich gegeben haben soll [2, 3], geklärt sind?
Denn einmal standardisiert wird man einen ISO-Standard so schnell nicht wieder los - selbst wenn im Nachhinein klar werden sollte, dass er zu Unrecht zu Stande gekommen ist.

Oder anders formuliert: Wir senden seid mehrere Monaten entsprechende "Eil"-Meldungen. :)
