In der Regel würden Patente im Softwarebereich schon auf reine Ideen erteilt, erläutert der Richter. Es handle sich also um ein Stadium, das weit von einer konkreten technischen Umsetzung entfernt sei. Dies habe "ein perverses Anreizschema" geschaffen, sich möglichst viel und breit gewerblich schützen zu lassen.
Wer sich frühzeitig ans Patentamt wende, könne die größten finanziellen Dividenden einfahren, moniert Mayer. Dabei seien die Antragsteller in diesem Sektor meist nur mit vagen Vorstellungen über den Einsatz von Computern ausgestattet, um wohlbekannte geschäftliche und gesellschaftliche Praktiken zu automatisieren. Den Schaden hätten die eigentlichen Entwickler rechnerzentrierter Produkte, die mit immensen Verletzungsforderungen "belohnt" würden.
Schön zu sehen, wenn Richter diese Problematik besser verstehen.

Userfreundliche Kurzform wie https://heise.de/-3341048 anzubieten, das ist mal gar nicht angesagt. Kann ich verstehen, ich hasse diese nicht sprechenden Links auch. Und bei Twitter werden die eh nochmal anders in Kurzform verwurstet. Warum also?
Warum Mühe machen? Was soll das? Wozu?
Diese Fragen lasse ich mal absichtlich offen stehen. Vielleicht ergibt sich ja noch eine klturelle Diskussion abseit von scheißegal. Oder auch nicht. Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt.

Man mag das als Lapsus empfinden. Man kann aber auch der Ansicht sein, dass dies ein ungünstiges Licht auf die technische Kompetenz oder Sorgfalt des Präsidenten der Free _Software_ Foundation Europe werfen könnte.
Gleichwohl ist Franks Posting nicht compliancekonform, was insoweit mit Recht beanstandet worden ist.
Für künftige Fälle sei die Beachtung des von Matthäus in 18, 15-35 beschriebenen Verfahrens dringend nahegelegt [0].

Ich glaube, ihm ging es nicht um die Länge, sondern um's #Click-Tracking ... Dass überall getrackt wird und nun auch URLs dazu "missbraucht" werden, indem die Quelle (UTM ist dort die bekannteste Form des Targeting) mit drangehängt wird, ist natürlich für Datenschützer (und -advokaten, ist nicht bös gemeint) ein Dorn im Auge. Auch mich stören sehr diese verkürzten URLs, da sie nicht sprechend sind und auch meistens die Original-URL nicht vorweg anzeigen. Man wird dadurch (in Kombination mit Cookies, Browserbezeichnung, Referrer + Werbung anzeigen) immer gläsener, ohne es (wirklich) zu merken. Okay, einige merken dies (so wie Frank z.B.) und bemerken dies an (oder wie ich, legen sich eigene Sperrlisten für Ad-Blocker an). Aber den schenkt man ja bekanntermaßen wenig Gehör, weil es leider die meisten einfach egal ist.
Okay, hat mit dem Thema wenig zu tun, finde ich aber dennoch richtig, dass Frank es anspricht: Bitte entfernt diesen #Click-Tracking -Kram aus den URLs, da sonst die Webseiten nachvollziehen können, woher die URL ursprünglich kam (Ranking wegen Verlinkungen auf angesehenen Seiten usw.). Es setzt halt unnötig die Privatsphäre der Nutzer auf's Spiel.
Meine 2 Euro-Cents dazu.

sehr richtig. Und damit wir uns alle auf dieser öffentlichen Mailingliste wohlfühlen können ist die FSFE community aktuell dabei sich dafür Verhaltensregeln zu geben [1]. Dabei ist es völlig unentscheidend ob der Auslöser für diese persönliche Attacke nun eine Lapalie ist oder nicht - wir möchten Raum für eine Diskussionskultur erschaffen in der wir alle miteinander friedvoll und in gegenseitigem Respekt zusammen für Freie Software arbeiten können.
Das heißt nicht, das wir alle einer Meinung sein müsssen. Meinungsunterschiede sind gut und befruchten eine Diskussion. Aber das heißt, dass wir zum Beispiel offensive und persönliche verbale Attacken innerhalb von FSFE Kanälen nicht akzeptieren.

Hier wird gesagt: Wir beschließen jetzt Regeln, an die sich jeder immer halten muss. Und wer's nicht tut, fliegt raus. Und damit das ganze demokratisch ist, schreiben wir drüber "...that was agreed upon by the community of FSFE."
Find ich persönlich doof, denn das führt imho zwangsläufig zu einer Hierarchisierung und Bürokratisierung, _unabhängig vom Inhalt des Code of Conduct_. Ich schätze mal, dass das wenige bedenklich finden und ich find's auch nicht wirklich schlimm. Aber gut finde ich es auch nicht und ich mag's nicht, sowas unkommentiert im Raum stehen zu lassen.

Und dann gibt es ein weiteres Problem. Neben Fellows gibt es in der FSFE auch noch Mitglieder. Das sind schon einmal zwei Gruppen mit einem relativ klaren rechtlichen Status.
Es gibt aber noch weitere Gruppen, die "irgendwie" zur FSFE dazugehören und auch von einem "Code of Conduct" betroffen wären, z.B. gehörst Du dazu.
Es gibt da echte Probleme, an deren Lösung wieder einmal gearbeitet wird, die aber bislang noch nicht zur allgemeinen Zufriedenheit gelöst werden konnten.
Wie bezieht man die Menschen, welche die FSFE "irgendwie" unterstützen, aber weder Fellows noch Mitglieder sind, ein, ohne sie zu vereinnahmen? Ist die Unterscheidung zwischen Fellows, die ja "definitionsgemäß" die FSFE auf eine bestimmte Art unterstützen, und anderen Unterstützern wirklich noch sinnvoll? Welche Folgen soll und kann man an eine solche Unterscheidung anknüpfen? Welchen Status sollen Menschen, die die FSFE auf andere Weise unterstützen, haben?
Daran schließt sich ein "Rattenschwanz" von Fragen an, die im Grunde auf die Beantwortung der Frage hinauslaufen, was die FSFE ist und was sie sein will.

Ich denke es ist wichtig sich einmal zu vergegenwärtigen, dass es Menschen gibt die über viel Selbstvertrauen verfügen, keinem Konflikt ausweichen und gerne ihre Meinung einbringen selbst wenn es eventuell auf Kosten anderer sein könnte oder sie sich selbst damit angreifbar machen.
Aber es gibt auch Menschen, die wenig Selbstvertrauen haben oder die Konflikte scheuen oder die ihre Meinung nicht äußern werden wenn die Gefahr besteht, dass sie dann angegriffen werden.
Naturgemäß sind die erste Gruppe von Menschen viel lauter und sichtbarer (da die andere Gruppe nunmal scheu ist) und bestätigt sich gegenseitig darin, dass doch alles wunderbar funktioniert, ganz ohne Regeln und jeder für sich selber.
Dadurch wiederum verschrecken sie die andere Gruppe noch mehr, die sich nicht traut auf einer offenen Mailingliste zuzugeben, dass sie sich eingeschüchtert fühlen. Auf diese Weise kann also ebenso ungewollt "Ruhe" auf den Listen einkehren, indem nur noch dieselben selbstbewussten Leute diskutieren und die anderen längst weggegangen sind.
Um also beide Interessen miteinander auszugleichen helfen klare Verhaltensregeln und ein Modus was passiert wenn diese Verhaltensregeln verletzt werden. Je größer eine Gemeinschaft wird, desto heterogener wird diese normalerweise auch und desto notwendiger werden eben gemeinsame Umgangsformen.
Ich bin nicht der Meinung, dass dies die FSFE "stärker" macht, aber man kann da auch anderer Meinung sein.
was heißt denn "stärker" ? Für mich mindestens sympathischer. Auch kann man sich durchaus nochmal vor Augen halten, dass die Kommunikation auf Mailinglisten nur der letzte Teil des CoC sind. Eigentlich fängt er an mit dem Verhalten auf FSFE Veranstaltungen und Mitglieder sozial benachteiligter Gruppen legen oft großen Wert auf einen existierenden CoC bei Veranstaltungen. Ich persönlich auch. Oder Sponsoren. Mozilla beispielsweise sponsort kein Event mehr ohne einen passenden CoC.

Ich denke es ist wichtig sich einmal zu vergegenwärtigen, dass es Menschen gibt die über viel Selbstvertrauen verfügen, keinem Konflikt ausweichen und gerne ihre Meinung einbringen selbst wenn es eventuell auf Kosten anderer sein könnte oder sie sich selbst damit angreifbar machen.
Aber es gibt auch Menschen, die wenig Selbstvertrauen haben oder die Konflikte scheuen oder die ihre Meinung nicht äußern werden wenn die Gefahr besteht, dass sie dann angegriffen werden.
Wenn es wirklich eines Codes of Conduct bedürfte, damit jemand in den Fällen, die Du offenbar im Auge hast, eingriffe, dann wären wir wirklich eine armselige Gemeinschaft.
Allerdings gilt auch: Wer von seinem Recht auf Freie Rede gebraucht macht, darf schon aus Gründen der Gleichheit aller eine Widerrede und damit einen Konflikt nicht scheuen.
Naturgemäß sind die erste Gruppe von Menschen viel lauter und sichtbarer (da die andere Gruppe nunmal scheu ist) und bestätigt sich gegenseitig darin, dass doch alles wunderbar funktioniert, ganz ohne Regeln und jeder für sich selber.
Meiner Meinung bedarf es keines Codes of Conduct um die "Scheuen" zu bestärken, sondern eher so etwas wie Zuwendung und Bestärkung. Das aber kann ein Code of Conduct nicht leisten.
Um also beide Interessen miteinander auszugleichen helfen klare Verhaltensregeln und ein Modus was passiert wenn diese Verhaltensregeln verletzt werden. Je größer eine Gemeinschaft wird, desto heterogener wird diese normalerweise auch und desto notwendiger werden eben gemeinsame Umgangsformen.
Im Falle von Heterogenität hilft nur Toleranz aber keine Vereinheitlichung des Verhaltens durch "klare Verhaltensregeln", die letztendlich dann doch nicht so klar sein können (und sind), dass man ohne jegliche Wertung jeden Einzelfall eindeutig und zweifelsfrei beurteilen könnte.
Ich nehme einmal ein Beispiel, das Du selbst gesetzt hast.
Du hast hier geschrieben:

Ich nehme das einmal als Maßstab für Deine folgende Äußerung:
"Übrigens: Entschuldigungen sind gerne gesehen."
Bitte versteht mich nicht falsch: Ich finde diese Äußerung durch aus akzeptierbar.
Aber:
In der Aufforderung zur Entschuldigung ist der Vorwurf persönlichen Fehlverhaltens enthalten. Diesen Vorwurf kann man unschwer als "persönliche verbale Attacke" auffassen. Schwerer zu beantworten ist dann die Frage, ob es sich um eine "offensive verbale Attacke" handelt. Was offensiv und was defensiv ist, ist gar nicht so leicht zu entscheiden. Auf dem Spielplatz heißt es: "Der andere hat aber angefangen" und Historiker diskutieren in dicken Büchern die "Kriegsschuldfrage". Hier wäre die Frage relativ möglicherweise leicht zu beantworten:
Der Wortlaut der Äußerung kann nämlich zu ihrer Bewertung als ironisch führen und Ironie ist eher eine "Offensivwaffe".
Hinzu kommt dann noch, dass Du niemanden persönlich ansprichst, damit also suggerierst, es sei allen, einschließlich der Person, die sich Deiner Meinung nach entschuldigen sollte, sonnenklar, wer gemeint ist. Damit behauptest Du aber zugleich ein schweres und eindeutiges Fehlverhalten der Person, die Du meinst, nicht nennen zu brauchen.
Du schaffst außerdem eine Distanz zwischen Dir und dieser Person, indem Du sie nicht beim Namen nennst und direkt ansprichst.
Recht - und der Code of Conduct ist so etwas, denn er will Folgen an Verhalten knüpfen - ist außerdem zur Lösung derartiger sozialer Fragen nur sehr begrenzt in der Lage. Recht kann Entscheidung legitimieren (besteht da bei der FSFE ein Bedarf?), aber nur ausnahmsweise Frieden schaffen.
Daher ist es auch gut, dass mein Beispiel keinen wirklichen "Ernstfall" betraf und nur demonstrativen Charakter hat.
Ich bin nicht der Meinung, dass dies die FSFE "stärker" macht, aber man kann da auch anderer Meinung sein.
was heißt denn "stärker" ? Für mich mindestens sympathischer.
Auch hier habe ich eine abweichende Meinung.
Oder Sponsoren. Mozilla beispielsweise sponsort kein
Event mehr ohne einen passenden CoC.
Das ist allerdings ein hervorragendes Argument für einen "Code of Conduct".

Das Problem, das ich mit einem solchen habe, ist vor allem, dass er gut gemeint sein mag, aber in der Regel zu widersprüchlichem Verhalten führt.
Wer sich auf ihn beruft, wirft einem anderen schwerwiegendes sozialwidriges (oder auch asoziales) Fehlverhalten vor. Das kann der andere nur als persönlichen Angriff auffassen, gegen den er sich wehren muss, vor allem wenn der Ausschluss aus der Gemeinschaft droht.
Ergo ist die Berufung auf den Code of Conduct genau das, was er zu verhindern vorgibt, nämlich ein persönlicher Angriff im Rahmen einer Diskussion.
Dadurch kann die Berufung auf den Code of Conduct zu einer Waffe in der verbalen Auseinandersetzung werden. Sie führt auf jeden Fall zwangsläufig dazu, dass die Diskussion moralisch "aufgeladen" wird.
Dies aber erschwert eher die Lösung von Konflikten, als sie zu befördern.

Nochmal: Wenn man sich den CoC durchliest, geht es nicht darum, konstruktive und lebendig geführte Diskussionen zu unterbinden. Es geht darum, dass allen Teilnehmenden von FSFE-Events und Kommunikationskanälen, egal ob es nun die "Starken" oder "Schwachen" sind, dass persönliche Attacken, Beleidigungen, Diskriminierungen und Anfeindungen hier nicht erwünscht sind.

Wenn Du nachts in dunkler Gasse einem aggressiven, zwei Meter großem Martial-Arts-Kämpfer begegnest, nutzt Dir das beste Gesetzbuch nichts. Da wäre eine herannahende Polizeistreife schon nützlicher. Und diese braucht nicht das Gesetz zu zitieren, um ihm klarzumachen, dass das von ihm beabsichtigte Verhalten unerlaubt ist und nach welchen Paragrafen sie einschreiten müssen.
Schwache zu beschützen, gilt als richterlich, ist aber oft arrogant. Man traut ihnen nichts zu, hält sie nicht für entwicklungsfähig. Man hält sie dadurch aber auch in Abhängigkeit.
Es ist daher für mich selbstverständlich, dass es im Einzelfall gut ist, jemanden zu verteidigen, aber besser, ihm zu helfen, sich selbst wehren zu können.
Ich engagiere mich für Freie Software, weil sie dazu dienen kann, die Menschen zu befähigen.

Diskriminierend ist es aber auch, allen zu unterstellen, sie wüssten sich ohne einen Code of Conduct nicht angemessen zu benehmen. Das Problem ist nicht, dass ich einen Code of Conduct "Quatsch" finde, denn ich gestehe jedem zu, auch Unsinn zu fabrizieren oder etwas, was ich für Unsinn halte.
Das Problem ist, dass ich ihn für potentiell schädlich halte.
Ich denke aber, er wird gleichwohl in Kraft gesetzt. Aber es kann mir nun keiner mehr vorwerfen, ich hätte meinen Senf nicht dazu gegeben.

Wer sich schwer daneben benimmt, dem kann man durchaus mal die Standard Netiquette (RFC-1855) vor die Füße werfen. Für jede ML (bzw. Gruppe von MLs) einen eigenen "Code of Conduct" zu schreiben ist aber einfach nur lächerlich.
Viel wichtiger wäre es, auf der Mailman Anmeldeseite klar zustellen, daß es sich um eine öffentliche ML handelt und die Beiträge als in der Public Domain gestellt gelten (oder was auch immer). Eine Ermahnung, daß man seine Zitate kürzen sollte kann da allerdings auch nicht schaden.

Da das aber meist und aus gutem Grund so gehandhabt wird, oute ich mich auch mal - und muss hier Michael recht geben: Ein CoC wird nichts nützen und nichts verhindern, kann (muss aber nicht) schaden - ist also im Besten Fall neutral und schade um die Arbeit dafür, im nicht ganz so besten Fall kontraproduktiv. Wikipedia ist meiner Meinung nach ein Leuchturmprojekt der Freien Information (inkl. Freier Software). Das es so gut gekommen ist, hat viel mit einem relativ umfangreichen Regelwerk zu tun, welches zum Teil zufällig "funktioniert". Zwar tummeln sich gerade in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia mehr Pedanten, als mir Lieb sind, welche lieber über Regeln diskutieren als über Inhalte, aber trotzdem scheint es zu funktionieren.
Ob in der FSFE solche Regeln eher etwas nützen oder sogar schaden, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Der Auslöser dieser Diskussion waren Bemerkungen auf persönlicher Ebene, welchen gekontert wurde und die wohl auch erfolgt wären, wenn sie "verboten" wären. Die Gefahr von Regeln, die es eigentlich nicht braucht, ist die, dass z.B. einige Leute daraus ableiten, dass alles, was nicht explizit verboten ist, implizit erlaubt ist. "Es steht nirgends, dass Torten Werfen verboten ist."
Übrigens, ich finde die Statuten der FSFE nicht. Gibt es die und wo sind sie? Ich finde nur eine "Präamble": https://fsfe.org/about/history/preamble.de.html

Diesen Punkt möchte ich noch einmal herausheben, da das einigen Kommentatoren hier nicht bewusst zu sein scheint (was nicht die Schuld derjenigen ist, sondern wo die FSFE das klarer kommunizieren muss): Der Code of Conduct – ein Schriftstück, das die meisten größeren Communities haben und für viele Veranstaltungen oft Voraussetzung ist – wurde nicht "von oben herab" installiert, sondern zusammen mit einem Querschnitt dessen erarbeitet, was man gut und gerne als die FSFE-Community erachten kann: Koordinatoren aller Fellowship-Gruppen, Koordinatoren von themenbezogenen Teams wie den Übersetzern und Webmastern, Mitglieder des e.V., beide Fellowship-Repräsentanten, Angestellte, Ehrenamtliche.
Hinzu kommt der Punkt, dass, wie schon öfters erwähnt, der CoC kein revolutionäres Stück Schrift ist, sondern eine leicht erweiterte und modifizierte Netiquette und damit eigentlich dem gesunden Menschenverstand entspricht. Wer das nicht braucht, um zu wissen wie man sich anständig auf FSFE-Events und Mailinglisten verhaltensollte, hat alles richtig gemacht. Doch viele Menschen sind froh, Teil einer Community zu sein, die sich zu diesem gesunden Menschenverstand auch öffentlich und schriftlich bekennt. Wir sollten die Wünsche dieser Menschen respektieren.

Tut mir leid, aber was hier impliziert wird, entspricht überhaupt nicht meiner Meinung. Nämlich, dass es solcher zentraler, starrer Verhaltensregeln bedürfte, damit wir uns hier alle wohlfühlen können.
"Verhaltensregeln" gibt es hier so oder so. An dem gerade passierten Beispiel sieht man das finde ich ganz gut. Jemand hat sich nicht konform verhalten und wurde von mehreren darauf hingewiesen und das hat zumindest insofern funktioniert, als dass es daraufhin kein weiteres "Danebenbenehmen" von der Person gab.
Ja, ich stimme dir zu, im Optimalfall helfen alle mit, dass gesunde Verhaltensregeln eingehalten werden. Allerdings ist die Einsicht nicht immer vorhanden und wir hatten in der Vergangenheit auch schon andere Beispiele. Ein Grund, übrigens, warum der Wunsch zu einem allgemeinen Code of Conduct geäußert wurde.
Außerdem bitte ich dich die Seite des "Opfers" zu bedenken. Matthias ist hart im Nehmen und zudem von der FSFE angestellt ... egal was man ihm sagt, er wird die Mailingliste wohl nicht verlassen. Aber wir gehen alle verschieden um mit sozialen und kommunikativen Angriffen. Manche Menschen reagieren auf derartiges mit einem kompletten Rückzug aus unserer Gemeinschaft. Andere Menschen ziehen sich gar zurück, obwohl sie selbst gar nicht Opfer sind sondern nur ansehen müssen wie andere stilisiert werden. Beides ist etwas, das vermutlich keiner möchte und was wir deshalb bereits im Vorfeld verhindern sollten.
Schließlich hat ein festgeschriebener Kodex den Vorteil, dass ähnliche Diskussionen nicht immer wieder geführt werden müssen, sondern eben auf einen Kodex verwiesen werden kann.
Ich bin jetzt nicht grundsätzlich gegen einen Code of Conduct. Als eine Art Richtlinie, wie man hier kommuniziert, damit Neulinge sich nicht besser einfinden. Oder auch sowas wie ein "Verhaltenskodex", zu dem sich Individuen bekennen (oder auch nicht).

Aber darum geht es ja hier nicht. Hier wird gesagt: Wir beschließen jetzt Regeln, an die sich jeder immer halten muss. Und wer's nicht tut, fliegt raus. Und damit das ganze demokratisch ist, schreiben wir drüber "...that was agreed upon by the community of FSFE."
Find ich persönlich doof, denn das führt imho zwangsläufig zu einer Hierarchisierung und Bürokratisierung, _unabhängig vom Inhalt des Code of Conduct_.
Ich kann dir hier leider nicht folgen. Sagen wir mal ein Beispiel-Code-of-Conduct sagt einfach nur "Wir sind nett zueinander". Wo siehst du da eine Hierarchisierung und Bürokratisierung?
Ich schätze mal, dass das wenige bedenklich finden und ich find's auch nicht wirklich schlimm. Aber gut finde ich es auch nicht und ich mag's nicht, sowas unkommentiert im Raum stehen zu lassen.

Es ist dann zumindest ein Schritt von Richtung offene Community in Richtung, "Wir bestimmen, ihr haltet euch daran.". Das Wir kann dabei sehr weit gefasst sein, ist aber grundsätzlich immer exklusiv.
Ist auch ein bisschen die Frage, als was sich die FSFE versteht. Und das ist gar nicht so einfach zu beantworten. Irgendwie die Gemeinschaft ihrer Mitglieder, irgendwie Verein, irgendwie die FSFE-Offiziellen bzw -Angestellten, irgendwie sogar Stellvertreterin der "Free Software"-Bewegung in Europa.

Im Prinzip hast du hier eine von zwei möglichen Situationen:
Entweder der Code of Conduct entspricht dem, was in der Community weitgehend Konsens ist (wie "Wir sind nett zueinander"), dann braucht es kein "Wir als FSFE-Führung setzen das repressiv durch.",
oder er enspricht nur der Meinung eines Teils der Community, dann wird damit nur ein Instrument installiert, um den Rest zu zwingen sich zu fügen.
Bzw dieses Zwingen wäre ja auch so schon möglich, es wird damit einfach nur ideologisch gerechtfertigt.

Als das damals mit dem "Internet" so angefangen hat, gab es recht schnell die "Netiquette". Zu einer Zeit als das Usenet - praktisch der einzige Kanal um öffentlich etwas zu schreiben - so kompliziert zu bedienen war, dass man die Netiquette im WWW gefunden hat bevor man das erste Posting ins Usenet abgeschickt hat. :)
Ich erinnere mich noch gut, dass ich damals schnell den Eindruck hatte, da stehen zwei Dinge drin: 1. Allgemeine Respektanforderungen, die man nach einer bürgerlichen Kindheit eh schon weiß und 2. Hinweise zu Terminologie und Symbolik wie man Alltagsmimik verständlich in Schriftform überträgt.
All das hat in den vergangenen gut 20 Jahren (man wird so langsam alt, merke ich grade) nicht wirklich an Gültigkeit und Wichtigkeit verloren. Ich sehe keinen Grund, hier die Netiquette neu zu formulieren, bahnbrechende neue Erkenntnisse kann ich im CoC nämlich nicht erkennen.

Wo ist das Problem mit Links in spitzen Klammern? Hatte da noch nie welche mit. Ich lasse mir aber die E-mails immer in Klartext anzeigen, falls das von Bedeutung ist.

die Art wie Du Deine Kritik formuliert hast finde ich für eine FSFE Liste inakzeptabel. Ich glaube, dass Du das auch selbst realisieren wirst, wenn Du zunächst den FSFE Verhaltenskodex [1] und dann Deine Mail von heute Nacht in Ruhe lesen wirst. Dazu habe ich Dir auch noch eine etwas ausführlichere private E-Mail geschrieben.
Bezüglich der inhaltlichen Kritik an der Formatierung:
- Ja, ich hätte den Teil in der URL ab "?" löschen sollen. Der Teil ist unnötig und nur für die Auswertung von Heise interessant. Normalerweise mache ich das auch. Gestern im Flugzeug war ich wohl schon etwas müde und habe ich das übersehen.
- Ich setze URLs seit vielen Jahren öfters in spitze Klammern. Unter anderem weil ich ein Makro habe, mit dem ich bei längeren Texten dann Fußnoten für die URLs generieren kann (oder z.B. jetzt bei dieser Mail). Diese Art wird von vielen Leuten mit unterschiedlichen E-Mail-Programmen benutzt und
- erkläre mir doch mal bitte warum das -- außer Deiner persönlichen Präferenz -- ein Problem ist?

Wieso auch nicht. Das hilft auch nach wie vor bei vielen Clients fürs Parsing, da die sonst Umbrüche in der URL nicht mehr als eine lange URL verstehen. Im Gegenteil, ich kann mich durchaus erinnern dass es lange nicht nur üblich, sondern eben genau Netiquette war, spitze Klammern um URLs zu nutzen.
