Hallo, ich habe in einer Bundesbehörde angefangen zu arbeiten, die sehr zu meinem entsetzen Office 365 einsetzt. Da nun Microsoft Teams mit im Office 365 Abo ist, wird überlegt dieses ebenfalls einzusetzen. Erste Besprechungen usw. laufen z.B. morgen im Personalrat.
Was würdet ihr für Argumente heranbringen und welche Alternativen heranziehen. Ich würde ja Mattermost vorschlagen, leider finden die Leute an Teams scheinbar gerade das gut, was ich so schlecht finde. Es läuft in der Cloud, also muss sich kein "Dummer" finden der es administriert...

Ich habe gar keine Redezeit, plane aber morgen vor der Sitzung des Personalrats an 2 Mitglieder, die ich kenne, eine eMail zu senden.
Das Problem ist eben: Microsoft Teams ist jetzt kostenfrei, da sie ja eh ein Microsoft 365 Abo haben...

Das Ganze ist die tolle IT Konsolidierung BUND [0]. Sprich auf Bundesebene wird sich jetzt endgültig und für immer komplett von MS abhängig gemacht - leider.
Damit setzen sie auf jeden Fall die richtigen Signale für PMPC, das sie auch eigentlich mehr unterstützen wollen [1] (Achtung - Ironie).

Die Auflösung des Dilemmas am Ende kann eigentlich nur sein, dass Microsoft verstaatlicht wird. :-)
Wird ziemlich sicher Teams. wenn nicht zufällig irgendwo ein Fördertopf winkt... Ich werde auch nur ein paar Zeilen an die Betriebsratsmitglieder schicken und in Meetings halt so etwas anmeckern, aber ehrlich gesagt hab ich es aufgegeben. Habe heute mit einem Betriebsratsmitglied gesprochen (der aber meinem Eindruck nach ziemlich resigniert ist) und der meinte auch ganz klar, dass derjenige der Office 365 eingeführt hat ein Microsoft Fan ist. Als es damals das Konjunkturpaket gab, hat der 1Mio€ aus einem Fördertopf abgegriffen und AD eingeführt. Die IT Konsolidierung Bund hat und wird das ganze tatsächlich noch verschlimmert, obwohl gerade die viel Potenzial birgt. Eine Behörde wo ich vorher war, wird im diesen Rahmen von OpenXchange auf MSExchange migriert. Die Lösung ist gerade fertig geworden und auch das kleine Galien, welches unbedingt weiter Outlook nutzen wollte und durfte, ist halbwegs zufrieden gestellt. Jetzt wird wohl wieder zu deutlich höheren kosten auf MSExchange wegen deutlich höherer kosten migriert. Gerade in IT-Bereiche können die Politiker noch so viel quatschen, solange sie nicht mal eindeutige Verbote setzen wird sich an der Abhängigkeit nichts ändern. Wenigstens Stolpersteine wie docx könnte man schonmal wegräumen.. Die Behörden werden von sich aus einen Teufel tun... Und jede Behörde baut sich da, unabhängig von dem was das Ministerium sagt, sein eigenes kleines Gruselkabinett. Der Projektleiter des Bundesclients sagte ganz klar: Es wird auf Windows 10 migriert, es gibt aber ein Projekt welches Alternativen prüft, aber solange da die Öffentlichkeit nicht quasi mit gezogener Pistole dauerhaft hinter sitzt, glaubt er nicht, dass sich etwa ändert. Meine Behörde setzt übrigens auch auf Windows 10 Pro ein, weil Enterprise 500k€ im Jahr mehr kosten würde... -__- Es ist einfach zu Mäuse melken...
Mir geht es nur darum Stichworte zu liefern um klar zu machen, dass da schon welche drauf schauen. Weil noch nicht mal etwas zu sagen, macht die Sache noch viel schlimmer, weil der Eindruck entsteht, man würde die Entscheidung mittragen... Im Privaten Bereich bin ich da ziemlich Rigeros, auch wenn es schmerzt. Wenn später alles brennt will ich mir nichts vorwerfen müssen...

Und das ist vermutlich der Grund, warum man in Deutschland mMn vor einer "Infrastrukturapokalypse" steht, um mal den Panikknopf zur drücken: ;-) Behörden und Kommunen bündeln ihre IT nicht, sie verzichten darauf, von Synergieeffekten zu profitieren. Kein gemeinsames IT-Security-Team kann die Infrastruktur auf Schwachstellen testen und Gegenmaßnahmen treffen. Kommunen könne das für sich alleine nicht leisten, denn der Markt an IT-Security-Leuten ist quasi leer und Behörden und Kommunen hinken meistens Jahre dem Stand der Technik hinterher.

Windows 10 ist schon schlimm genug, aber alles jenseits der Enterprise Edition ist technisch betrachtet schlimmer. Es gibt nicht mal Applocker und ich meine, dass die Enterprise erweiterte Gruppenrichtlinien hat, um den Store zu blockieren etc. Aber die Schwachstelle ist eh MS-Office, um über Makros Schadsoftware nachzuladen.
Es ist einfach zu Mäuse melken...

in der Tat, denn nur mit Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1909 wäre die Telemetrie komplett abschaltbar:

Vorschlag einer Alternative: Mein Vorschlag wäre Matrix. Kostenlose Freie Software, die entweder selbst gehostet oder direkt von den Entwicklern eingekauft werden kann. ( https://modular.im/) Dabei würden auch, anders als bei Teams, die LDAP Zugangsdaten genutzt werden können. Würde auch die sehr nachvollziehbaren Public Money - Public Code Kampagne freuen https://publiccode.eu/de/ und auch kleine schritte helfen die digitalle Souveränität zurück zu erlangen ;)

viel Erfolg in dem Thema. Eigene kurze Reflektion: Bei uns wird Teams und O365 seit Anfang des Jahres eingeführt. Ich bin aus verschiedenen Gründen kein großer Freund dieser Lösung.
Aber: Vergleiche mit Werkzeugen wie Matrix, ... hinken. Verglichen mit Teams ist Matrix ist nicht nur nicht diesselbe Liga, sondern nichtmal derselbe Sport. Wenn Do O365 hast, dann hast Du mit Teams eine Lösung, die diesen ganzen Kram (Office, Kalender, Dokumente, Aufgabenplanung mit Scrum- oder Kanban-Board, Wiki, Ticket-System, ...) in einen Rahmen zusammenführen kann, in dem Du relativ "bruchlos" mit all den Daten arbeiten kannst. Davon ist Matrix meilenweit entfernt, auch wenn ich die Lösung schätze.
Es sind letztlich zwei Probleme, die wir seit langem kennen und für die wir, wie mir scheint, keine Lösung haben:
- Mir fällt keine FLOSS-/selfhosting-fähige Lösung ein, die dem *funktional* auch nur *annähernd* nahekommt. Und da sprechen wir nur über eben die Funktionen, die Integration, Bedienbarkeit der Anwendung, Verzahnung mit dem Desktop-Office auf Windows, Verfügbarkeit auf mobilen Geräten, ... . Dort reden wir noch nicht über Betrieb oder Administration der Infrastruktur. Den Matrix-Server schaue ich mir privat immer mal wieder zum Spaß an, und nach wie vor ist das Software, die ich zwar cool finde, bei der ich im gegenwärtigen Stand (Qualität, Dokumentation, Verlauf von Updates, ...) nie und nimmer gezwungen sein möchte, damit für eine größere Struktur 24x7-Verfügbarkeit zuzusichern.
- Bei IT passiert jetzt seit Jahren das, was in anderen Segmenten (Fuhrparks, Gebäudebetrieb, ...) seit sehr viel längerer Zeit gang und gäbe ist: Behörden, Unternehmen, ... merken auch aufgrund wachsender Anforderungen und Komplexitäten und gestiegener Anforderungen an Compliance (siehe auch Themen wie DSGVO, teilweise ISMS, ...), dass IT- Betrieb in professioneller Form keine Kompetenz ist, die sie haben oder aufbauen können. Also diskutieren wir nicht mehr darüber, ob auf dem eigenen Blech Microsoft oder FLOSS läuft, sondern wir diskutieren darüber, wie wir das eigene Blech wegbekommen und "ein Stück Groupware" als fertige Infrastruktur zu definierten SLAs von einem Dienstleister einkaufen.
Die Frage wäre also: Welche Alternative könnten wir einer "Kundeneinheit" (ganz gleich ob Unternehmen oder Behörde) empfehlen, die als Anforderungen hat, (a) funktional einigermaßen nah an dem zu sein, was O365 in seiner Gänze kann, und (b) diese Lösung verfügbar als Dienst aus einer vertrauenswürdigen Quelle einkaufen zu können? Dort wird leider die Luft schnell dünn, und ich sehe das eigentlich auch nur über kluge Politik und Technologieförderung lösbar. Es gibt Bruchstücke, aus der man Lösungen wie O365 oder Teams zusammenbauen könnte, aber das müsste jemand tun. publiccode oder vergleichbare Initiativen könnten dort helfen. naja, vielleicht noch nicht ganz vergleichbar, aber das einzige was ich sehe, was da auf einem ansatzweise guten Wege ist: Nextcloud.

Dort ist leider aber auch in vielen Tools (insbesondere hier vor allem auch mobile Clients und Desktop-Anwendungen) der Weg noch relativ weit und für viele Kunden immer noch eine idealistische Entscheidung notwendig. Das tun nicht viele. Die Politik könnte hier mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen. Würde ich mir gelegentlich wünschen, passiert aber leider sehr spärlich... :(

Ich denke, die meisten nehmen hier aus Windows-Bequemlichkeiten One-Drive oder auch Google/iCloud, weil deren PCs/Smartphones das OS installiert haben.
Ich nutze NextCloud bereits sehr vielseitig, nicht nur zum Teilen von Dateien, sondern auch mit Thunderbird's Lightning verbunden, um Termine auf meinen alten Android 4 zu synchronisieren. Auch NextCloud Notes/Deck (seltener) und auch Mail nutze ich. Wäre schön, wenn es NextCloud Circles geben würde. Ist mehr was soziales. Auch meine SMS synchronisiere ich. Nur mit dem Adressbuch klappt es noch nicht einwandfrei.

nachvollziehbare Darstellung, aber: Habe ich das KISS-Prinzip nicht verstanden (für jeden Service genau ein Dienst, der nicht mit anderen so verzahnt ist, dass Lock-In-Effekte entstehen) oder hat dieses Prinzip kein IT-strategisches Gewicht mehr?
Beispiel: Ich habe mal in einer recht großen Firma erlebt, dass Atlassian JIRA (Ticketing) und Confluence (Wiki) als Paket genutzt wurde, weil beides "so schön miteinander interagiert". Leider war Confluence so dermaßen schlecht zu benutzen, dass das Ticket-System mehr und mehr zum Dokumentationstool zweckentfremdet wurde, weil bei der Confluence-Instanz der Seiten-Editor ein Krampf war (angefangend damit, dass der Plaintext-Editor einfach abgeschafft wurde), die Suche nicht zu gebrauchen war und das System bei größeren Seiten völlig instabil wurde. Ein Wechsel von Confluence zu MediaWiki kam nicht in Frage, da ja für das Gesamtpaket bezahlt wird. Ergebnis: Es wurde nichts mehr ordentlich dokumentiert. Soll heißen: "Eierlegende Wollmilchsäue" sind nur so lange attraktiv wie die Eier auch gelegt werden, die Milch nicht sauer schmeckt und die Wolle einigermaßen Qualität hat.

Mir fällt es schwer, das sinnvoll zu beantworten. Die eigentliche Anforderung hierfür wäre letztlich, Dienste mit offenen Schnittstellen und portablen Datenformaten zu verwenden. Das Problem dabei: Das läuft momentan für Kunden auf eine Entscheidung entweder pro Funktionalität oder pro Offenheit hinaus, und die ist (insbesondere bei nicht- technischen Kunden, die auf Budget und Funktionalität schauen *müssen*) schnell getroffen... Wir haben das über Jahre versucht und sind an so trivialen Stellen gescheitert wie einer Kalender-Integration (bei der ich nicht Leute zu Terminen einladen möchte an Zeiten, an denen die schon in ihrem Kalender geblockt sind).
Unsere Herausforderung als Community ist, dass wir für den Anspruch, den wir eigentlich berechtigt hätten - separate, isolierte Dienste für alle relevanten Geschäftsfälle, die sich sinnvoll verknüpfen lassen - absolut nichts haben, was in der Breite eines O365 wirklich endnutzer- oder unternehmenstauglich ist. Deswegen werde ich auch manchmal nervös, wenn ich sehe, dass wir *noch* eine Linux-Distribution oder *noch* ein FLOSS-Messaging-Protokoll und *noch* eine Impl davon in irgendeiner esoterischen Programmiersprache an den Start bringen. Eigentlich gäbe es wichtigere Herausforderungen.

Natürlich. Wobei die Qualität aber leider "relativ" wird, wenn die Menge an Alternativen überschaubar ist. Konkret bei O365/Teams ist das extrem schwierig. Was ich dort erlebe, ist: Die Unternehmen mieten Azure, mit Windows-Domaincontroller in der Cloud, an dem die Desktops hängen, auf die das Office synchronisiert wird. Die Windows-Desktops haben mit erster Anmeldung des Nutzers das Office, die Kalender, Mail und alle anderen relevanten Daten (einschließlich Sicherheitsrichtlinien und sonstiger Anwendungen) weitestgehend da. Und die Nutzer können mit O365-Anbindung in ihrem Word, Excel, ... in der *Desktop*-Anwendung kollaborativ arbeiten.
Ich freue mich absolut nicht darüber, dass das von Microsoft kommt. Aber letztlich prägen die dortigen Möglichkeiten die Wahrnehmung vom Markt. Das ist eines der Probleme, das ich seit vielen Jahren hier mit Linux-Desktops habe - es ist schwierig bis unmöglich, beispielsweise Sicherheitseinstellungen für den Browser für bestimmte Nutzergruppen netzwerk-übergreifend auszurollen in einer Form, die sich lokal nicht aushebeln lässt. Und kaum jemand, der vorher vielleicht FLOSS-Know-How im Haus hat, wird versuchen, sowas mit Selfhosting-Werkzeugen nachzubauen.
Bei O365 und Teams kommt zudem noch ein erschwerender Faktor hinzu: Third-party-Anwendungen. Ich sehe bei uns eine zunehmende Menge an Applikationen, die auf O365 und Teams sitzt und nicht von Microsoft kommen, sondern die man in Teams installieren und nutzen kann. Dort gibt es einen ganzen Haufen von fachspezifischen Modulen, die bestimmte Anwendungsfälle in Team-Zusammenarbeit abbilden können. Siehe etwa [1]. Wie *diese* Entwicklung professionellen Einsatz von FLOSS in Zukunft beeinflussen wird, ist, glaube ich, noch gar nicht absehbar.

War das jemals ein Ziel, also aus der IT selbst heraus?
Es ist ja nicht so, daß der Ansatz Komplexität verringert. Derzeit werden häufig formal beschriebene Schnittstellen durch informelle ersetzt und dazwischen eine unzuverlässige Vermittlerschicht eingesetzt. Die einzelnen Teile mögen dadurch einfacher weden, aber das Zusammenspiel aller Teile wird nicht unbedingt beherrschbarer. Ich gehe im Gegenteil davon aus, daß Änderungen weitaus schwieriger sind und veraltete Schnittstellen langfristig fortgeführt werden müssen.
Also Quasi matrix, openproject und nextcloud in einem. Das ist schon ein Brett... Ich schau es mir mal an...
Was mich momentan stört ist das unkomplizierte "alles in die Cloud" verschieben ohne das die Folgen wirklich abgeschätzt werden. Wenn es wenigstens selfgehostet wäre.... Es wird immer mehr in die Cloud verschoben und ich bin der Meinung, dass mal eindeutig geklärt werden soll, ob das wirklich zulässig ist. Bei nextcloud nutzen wir wenigstens eine saatliche Institution (nicht das ITZBund) Dort ist festgelegt:

) Bei Office 365 und OneDrive steht zwar 1TB Speicher zur Verfügung, aber keine staatliche Institution. Aber man darf ja "nur" Daten mit normalen Schutzbedarf speichern... Hier fängt es an, was ich schon bedenklich finde. Aber der nächste Kandidat, der versucht immer mehr die Kunden dazu zu drängen in die Cloud zu verschieben, ist SAP. Im Privatwirtschaftlichen Bereich angeblich sogar relativ erfolgreich. Irgendwann geben Sie vielleicht gar kein Support mehr für das Selfhosting. HR war wohl kurz davor... Das ist wie ein Frosch im Kochtopf und alle schauen nur zu... Am Anfang der Einführung von Office 365 hatte wohl zum Beispiel das Personalreferat eigene Office 2019 Lizenzen, mittlerweile nutzen die auch Office 365. Langsam werden immer mehr die Grenzen des erlaubten und ertragbaren verschoben indem man die Entscheider daran gewöhnt oder indem die Offline Versionen schlicht eingestellt werden. (Fuhrparks, Gebäudebetrieb, ...) seit sehr viel längerer Zeit gang und gäbe ist: Behörden, Unternehmen, ... merken auch aufgrund wachsender Anforderungen und Komplexitäten und gestiegener Anforderungen an Compliance (siehe auch Themen wie DSGVO, teilweise ISMS, ...), dass IT- Betrieb in professioneller Form keine Kompetenz ist, die sie haben oder aufbauen können. Also diskutieren wir nicht mehr darüber, ob auf dem eigenen Blech Microsoft oder FLOSS läuft, sondern wir diskutieren darüber, wie wir das eigene Blech wegbekommen und "ein Stück Groupware" als fertige Infrastruktur zu definierten SLAs von einem Dienstleister einkaufen.
Die Frage wäre also: Welche Alternative könnten wir einer "Kundeneinheit" (ganz gleich ob Unternehmen oder Behörde) empfehlen, die als Anforderungen hat, (a) funktional einigermaßen nah an dem zu sein, was O365 in seiner Gänze kann, und (b) diese Lösung verfügbar als Dienst aus einer vertrauenswürdigen Quelle einkaufen zu können? Dort wird leider die Luft schnell dünn, und ich sehe das eigentlich auch nur über kluge Politik und Technologieförderung lösbar. Es gibt Bruchstücke, aus der man Lösungen wie O365 oder Teams zusammenbauen könnte, aber das müsste jemand tun. publiccode oder vergleichbare Initiativen könnten dort helfen. Aber dort sind wir im Moment leider noch nicht. :(

Ja. All das in einem, und noch etwas mehr, dazu (für Windows) native Desktop-Clients und Verknüpfung mit dem lokal installierten Office. Wenn man das in der "großen" Ausbaustufe fährt, geht das bis zu dem Punkt, an dem es nichtmal mehr eine lokale Anmelde-Domäne braucht, sondern der Nutzer sich mit den Credentials, mit denen er sich im Web bei office.live.com anmeldet, auch in der Organisation an jedem Windows-PC anmelden kann und seine Daten und Arbeitsumgebung zur Hand hat, ohne dass diese Integration ein merklicher Mehraufwand ist. Dem hat self-hosted FLOSS derzeit aus meiner Sicht leider absolut nichts entgegenzusetzen. :(
Was mich momentan stört ist das unkomplizierte "alles in die Cloud" verschieben ohne das die Folgen wirklich abgeschätzt werden. Wenn es wenigstens selfgehostet wäre....
Das ist schwierig zu bewerten. Ich kenne in den Diskussionen viele IT- Leute, die mit dem Verschieben in die Cloud prinzipiell auch nicht glücklich sind, andererseits aber auch sehen: Vieles, was mit Cloud geht, geht im Eigenbetrieb wirtschaftlich kaum noch. Anwendungen sind extrem komplex. Du hast eine relativ große Bandbreite an Zeug in Deiner Umgebung. Und Du hast immer zu wenig Leute.
Plakatives Beispiel: Ich stamme aus einer Organisation, die aus dem Selfhosting kommt. Wir betreiben eine Fachanwendung für knapp 15k registrierte Nutzer mit relativ hohen Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen. Unsere eigene Anwendung haben wir trotz dünner Besetzung in der IT (fünf Entwickler, knapp zwei Leute für Operations) recht gut im Griff.
Mit dem "Umsystem", das Du für Office, Service, Vertrieb, ... brauchst, ist das schwieriger. Wir haben Redmine (als Ticket-System und Wiki sowie für Urlaubsplanung und Zeiterfassung), NextCloud (für Kalender und Filesharing) und hatten lang OpenFire als internen XMPP-Chat.
Und dann hast Du Situationen wie diese: Das Redmine hat einen funktional kritischen Bug, den die Fachabteilung gelöst braucht. Die Lösung dafür gibt es - aber die ist nicht trivial und erst in der nächsten Major-Version verfügbar. Diese wiederum braucht die nächsthöhere Major-Version von Rails, die wiederum eine sehr viel neuere Ruby-Version benötigt, als Du in dem Debian stable - Server (mit stabilen respektive hoffnungslos veralteten Paketen) aus den Repos verfügbar hast. Zwar gibt es für neueres Ruby ein gesondertes Repo, aber das macht Deinen apache/Passenger kaputt, den Du brauchst, um das Redmine den Nutzern zu servieren. Und damit wird aus einer eigentlich kleinen Aufgabenstellung eine große Nummer, in der Du Deine Betriebsressourcen über mehrere Tage komplett "versenkst", weil Du einen Plan erarbeiten musst, wie Du das Thema löst mit minimaler Downtime (die Anwendung darf maximal einen halben Tag "offline" sein) und minimalem Impact (Monitoring, Puppet, ... gehen von Debian stable - Servern aus).
Und das passiert nicht einmal alle fünf Jahre, sondern einmal alle paar Monate, mit verschiedenen Anwendungen. Dazu kommt eine schier unübersichtliche Menge an Technologie-Stacks (wir haben/hatten Java für unseren eigenen Kram, Rails/Ruby für Redmine, PHP+Apache für NextCloud, und wenn Du Elastic Stack für Logging und gitlab für die Entwickler in der Hand hast, willst Du gar nicht wissen, was dort alles an Komponenten drin steckt). Das stemmst Du irgendwann nicht mehr, zumal dann in Selfhosting ja auch noch Hardware und ein wenig sonstige Infrastruktur (Mail-Server, Web-Dienste, ...) dazukommen. Docker und Co. hat dort *etwas* geholfen, erhöht aber letztlich auch die Komplexität für das gesamte System.
Und dann werden SaaS-/Cloud-Dienste ganz plötzlich interessant: Wir sind mittlerweile mit Redmine bei easyredmine.com. Damit sind wir auch in der Cloud, aber wir haben den gesamten Rails/Ruby-Stapel, den wir nicht kennen und auch nicht kennen wollen, vom Schirm. Ich hätte das System gern "unter unserer Kontrolle", aber der Aufwand dafür steht leider in keinem Verhältnis...
Es wird immer mehr in die Cloud verschoben und ich bin der Meinung, dass mal eindeutig geklärt werden soll, ob das wirklich zulässig ist.
Ja, das definitiv, das wäre mAn extrem notwendig. Dann wäre aber möglicherweise auch der Ausweg ein anderer: Nicht zwingend "mehr Selfhosting", sondern vor allem auch mehr Wettbewerb. Mehr lokale Dienstleister. Vermutlich bräuchte es auch eine Trennungsforderung, die untersagt, alle solche Leistungen aus einer Hand zu beziehen. Aber das ist noch schwieriger durchzusetzen...
Aber der nächste Kandidat, der versucht immer mehr die Kunden dazu zu drängen in die Cloud zu verschieben, ist SAP. Im Privatwirtschaftlichen Bereich angeblich sogar relativ erfolgreich. Irgendwann geben Sie vielleicht gar kein Support mehr für das Selfhosting. HR war wohl kurz davor...
SAP ist leider dasselbe: Eine verdammt komplexe Anwendung, die zu betreiben Prozesse und Fähigkeiten braucht. Das ist teuer, in jeder Hinsicht: Der Kunde braucht die Ressourcen, das zu tun. Der Hersteller braucht die Ressourcen, Dokumentation, Tools, Support, ... für jene zu leisten, die die Anwendung selbst betreiben, und verliert damit Kraft, Anwendungen weiterzuentwickeln. Mir gefällt die Tendenz auch nicht, aber ich sehe auch mit Blick auf den Fachkräftemangel (wir suchen seit Jahren einen weiteren SE für Operations) keine wirkliche Besserung - eher Verschlechterung darüber, dass durch mehr Compliance und auch Regularien wie die DSGVO Selfhosting noch aufwendiger und weniger attraktiv wird.
Und FLOSS ist hier aus meiner Erfahrung eher problematisch als gut, weil viel zu sehr auf die Entwicklungs-Aspekte, den Source-Code, ... fokussiert. Es gibt ganz ganz wenige FLOSS-Projekte, die reibungsfrei und leicht in wirtschaftlicher Form betreibbar sind. Und über "Support" für kritische oder komplexere Selfhosting-Szenarien reden wir dort auch nicht, zumindest nicht zwingend in jedem Fall.
Fazit: Ich glaube, die Politik müsste mehr Rahmen schaffen und manche Cloud-Migrationen erschweren bzw. unterbinden, und dann gleichermaßen Förderung und Motivation liefern für Projekte oder Produkte, die Alternativen ohne große Cloud-Anbieter liefern. Etwa: Mehr "Apppliances" (als Hardware mit vorinstallierter Software, die einfach nur läuft). Mehr Software, die auf einfache Installation, einfachen Betrieb ausgerichtet ist. Und vor allem erstmal überhaupt mehr Alternativen zu den großen Produkten - auch wenn FLOSS in den letzten 20..25 Jahren einen massiven Schritt nach vorn gemacht hat, sehe ich beispielsweise nicht, dass es auf dem Desktop großer Unternehmen wirklich den Microsoft Office - Tools irgendwelche Marktanteile genommen hätte, trotz guter Tendenzen. Dort ist noch viel Luft nach oben... ;)

Selbst proprietäre Alternativen (Slack, StarLeaf, ...) verschwinden hier zusehends bzw. werden relativ gesehen "irrelevanter", weil die Nutzerzahlen weniger schnell wachsen.
Im FLOSS-Umfeld sehe ich dort nichts Relevantes, was dem entgegensteht. Eines der großen Probleme aus meiner Wahrnehmung: Es gibt eine Handvoll Firmen, die teilweise extrem gute Lösungen auf FLOSS bzw. offenen Standards anbieten, aber die agieren eher im klassischen Sinne eines System-Hauses, das projektspezifisch mit Kunden Anforderungen erarbeitet und umsetzt (was seitens des Kunden ein strategisches Projekt, Planung, Budget, ... voraussetzt). Die haben als Gegenspieler "off-the-shelf"-Produkte, die ohne diese Vorbereitung "einfach nur funktionieren", und gleichermaßen im schlimmsten Fall Situationen und Schlüssel-Nutzer, die den Fokus auf solche Produkte noch verstärken.
Es bräuchte, konkret jetzt etwa, eine "Go-To"-Alternative, die halbwegs auf Flughöhe mit Teams ist, die man sich als Test-Version als Nutzer mit Web-Account irgendwo "klicken" und mit der man erst einmal arbeiten kann. :|

Wir müssen, glaube ich, insgesamt "breiter" aufgestellt sein, auch deutlich näher an dem sein, was Microsoft, Google, Apple, ... so treiben - und das nicht nur mit technischen Anforderungen (Offenheit, standardisierte Protokolle, Selbstbetreibbarkeit, Implementation in Sprache XY, ...), sondern vor allem auch mit Anforderungen derer, auf die diese Anbieter zielen und die sie damit erreichen. Dort sind viele von uns leider gänzlich unbeleckt - weswegen ich immer wieder hart dafür plädiere, dass auch die FLOSS-Nutzer eben nicht (berechtigt) prinzipiell einen Bogen um die Google-Tools, O365, Teams, Slack, ... machen, sondern sich durchaus intensiv, bewusst, gezielt mit diesen Werkzeugen auseinandersetzen, um überhaupt eine Vorstellung zu haben, wo der Wettbewerb steht und womit dieser Nutzer erreicht. Was bringt es uns, wenn wir die vierte Generation dezentralen Chat-Protokolls mit viel Kraft bauen, ohne wahrzunehmen, dass in der Welt um uns herum Chat längst irrelevant, weil seit mindestens einem Jahrzehnt ein gelöstes Problem ist?

warum sind "Matrix und Messenger" die "falsche Zielgruppe"? LibreOffice / CollaboraOnline wird kaum ein Teams-Äquivalent integrieren und Matrix/Riot keine Office-Suit programmieren. Also wird sich beides irgendwie zusammenfinden müssen. Da Matrix bereits einige "Integrations" hat (Etherpad zB), schien mir der Gedanke entsprechend Deiner Argumentation nicht so abwegig (es muss ja auch nicht Matrix sein). Das erwähnte Nextcloud (hat ja, soweit ich mitbekommen habe) auch die Möglichkeit, einen XMPP-Server zu integrieren (?).
Was die Komfortzone betrifft, musste ich durchaus etwas über Deine Empfehlung nachdenken, aber: Nein, denn ich sehe mich nicht in der Komfortzone (jedenfalls nicht in der bezüglich "Usability"), im Gegenteil. Was diejenigen, die sich "wirklich" in der Komfortzone befinden, wollen/meinen zu brauchen, sieht man, denke ich, genügend, wenn man halbwegs aufmerksam seine Mitmenschen beobachtet. Hier (wieder) das aktiv zu nutzen, was ich mir mühselig und regelrecht aberzogen habe, würde auch meine Glaubwürdigkeit in meinem sozialen Umfeld stark in Frage stellen: "Ach, sieh an sieh an, jetzt doch wieder bei Gmail?" - "Ja, ich wollte mal sehen, wie einfach sich hier Adressbuch und Kalender im Vergleich zu Posteos SOGO-Konstrukten synchronisieren lassen - nur, damit ich besser verstehe, warum das ein Hindernis für euch ist." - kurzum: Es gibt im Alltag genügend Überschneidungen mit proprietärer Software, durch die ich allein schon passiv mehr von unfreier Software mitbekomme als ich möchte (gestern schon wieder: ein Praktikums-Tutorial einer öffentlichen Uni erläutert das Erstellen von Versuchs-Diagrammen in ... na? MS Excel!). Aber: Im Kern wolltest Du sicher (auch) darauf hinaus, nicht mit "works for me" durch die Gegend zu laufen und da bin ich vollkommen bei Dir.

die Matrix-Leute sind mit den bestehenden Baustellen völlig ausgelastet. Sie haben aber ein Produkt mit ordentlich dokumentiertem Protokoll kreiert, das woanders eingebaut werden könnte. Der richtige Adressat für so eine Issue wäre eher Nextcloud/Owncloud/Collabora. Wenn dort Probleme mit dem Protokoll auftauchen würden, wäre das wieder ein Grund für eine Issue bei Matrix, der man sich sicher auch widmen würde. Die Matrix-Leute machen das Protokoll und Referenz-Server und Referenz-Apps, Integrations-Anwendungen sind nicht der scope des Projekts, sondern müßten von woanders kommen.

Was die Komfortzone betrifft, musste ich durchaus etwas über Deine Empfehlung nachdenken, aber: Nein, denn ich sehe mich nicht in der Komfortzone (jedenfalls nicht in der bezüglich "Usability"), im Gegenteil. Was diejenigen, die sich "wirklich" in der Komfortzone befinden, wollen/meinen zu brauchen, sieht man, denke ich, genügend, wenn man halbwegs aufmerksam seine Mitmenschen beobachtet. Hier (wieder) das aktiv zu nutzen, was ich mir mühselig und regelrecht aberzogen habe, würde auch meine Glaubwürdigkeit in meinem sozialen Umfeld stark in Frage stellen: "Ach, sieh an sieh an, jetzt doch wieder bei Gmail?" - "Ja, ich wollte mal sehen, wie einfach sich hier Adressbuch und Kalender im Vergleich zu Posteos SOGO-Konstrukten synchronisieren lassen - nur, damit ich besser verstehe, warum das ein Hindernis für euch ist." - kurzum: Es gibt im Alltag genügend Überschneidungen mit proprietärer Software, durch die ich allein schon passiv mehr von unfreier Software mitbekomme als ich möchte (gestern schon wieder: ein Praktikums-Tutorial einer öffentlichen Uni erläutert das Erstellen von Versuchs-Diagrammen in ... na? MS Excel!). Aber: Im Kern wolltest Du sicher (auch) darauf hinaus, nicht mit "works for me" durch die Gegend zu laufen und da bin ich vollkommen bei Dir.

Wir müssen, glaube ich, insgesamt "breiter" aufgestellt sein, auch deutlich näher an dem sein, was Microsoft, Google, Apple, ... so treiben - und das nicht nur mit technischen Anforderungen (Offenheit, standardisierte Protokolle, Selbstbetreibbarkeit, Implementation in Sprache XY, ...), sondern vor allem auch mit Anforderungen derer, auf die diese Anbieter zielen und die sie damit erreichen. Dort sind viele von uns leider gänzlich unbeleckt - weswegen ich immer wieder hart dafür plädiere, dass auch die FLOSS-Nutzer eben nicht (berechtigt) prinzipiell einen Bogen um die Google-Tools, O365, Teams, Slack, ... machen, sondern sich durchaus intensiv, bewusst, gezielt mit diesen Werkzeugen auseinandersetzen, um überhaupt eine Vorstellung zu haben, wo der Wettbewerb steht und womit dieser Nutzer erreicht. Was bringt es uns, wenn wir die vierte Generation dezentralen Chat-Protokolls mit viel Kraft bauen, ohne wahrzunehmen, dass in der Welt um uns herum Chat längst irrelevant, weil seit mindestens einem Jahrzehnt ein gelöstes Problem ist?
- Darüber hinaus: NextCloud haben ansatzweise so etwas[1], mit dem
Problem, dass die für etwa einen O365-Nutzer relevanten Dinge hier eher beiläufig unter "other features" rangieren und dann dort Punkte wie "mail server not included" stehen. Aber den Ansatz halte ich für richtig... ;)

Ich vermute (wie in anderem Kommentar vermerkt), dass die Matrix/Riot- Leute hierfür mindestens keine Ressourcen haben, schlimmstenfalls das auch nicht als ihre Aufgabe sehen. Das ist ein Muster, dem ich leider häufig begegne und das auch zu dem anderen Teil meiner Argumentation führte - eine gewisse Überheblichkeit von Experten, mit dem Unterton "warum willst Du das? das brauchst Du doch gar nicht!". Und ich könnte hier leider wochenlang Beispiele anführen, in denen genau das regelmäßig passiert ist und in denen genau dieser Argumentation die Nutzer leichtfertig in die Hände proprietärer Dienste getrieben hat, die bestimmte Anforderungen eben nicht wegdiskutiert, sondern beobachtet, gesehen, bedient haben. Case closed, Chance (leider) vertan. :(

Siehe eben oben: Es ist müßig, mit Leuten über WhatsApp zu diskutieren, die noch nie davon gehört haben, was ein Gruppen-Chat oder der WhatsApp-Status ist. Es ist schwierig, mit Leuten über Instagram zu diskutieren, die nicht wissen, was Stories sind. Und wenn dann das beste Argument lautet: "Das ist eh Quatsch, den keiner braucht!", dann hören die Menschen schlicht nicht mehr zu.
Das Beispiel mit GMail/Google indes halte ich für interessant: Mach mal den Feldversuch, nimm Dir einen totalen Technik-Laien und versuch den dazu zu bringen, mit einem Android- oder iOS-Gerät ohne die "Standard- Tools" der Hersteller (also Google-Cloud respektive die Online-Dienste von Apple) Kontakte, Kalender, Mails, Dateien sauber und sicher (im Blick auf die Verfügbarkeit und Funktion) zu synchronisieren. "Wir", die wir diese Dinge können und halbwegs verstehen, sind dort leider zu oft zu unverständig dafür, dass Aufwand, den wir als "nur" einen Schritt nach jenseits der Bequemlichkeit sehen, für unbedarfte Nutzer weder möglich noch in realistischer Zeit sicher erlernbar wäre. Dafür braucht es eben, wenn wir Leute für Lösungen jenseits der großen Konzerne gewinnen wollen, die Sensibilisierung bei *uns* (die wir diese Lösungen bauen könnten). Und es braucht nicht nur "Self-Hosting" und Quellcode in irgendwelchen Repos, sondern ethisch betriebene, zugängliche, leicht erreichbare, niederschwellige Lösungen, die "einfach nur funktionieren". ;)

Das angesprochene Beispiel ergibt sich gerade aktuell dadurch, dass jemand in meiner Familie, den ich überzeugt habe, Android-Apps über F-Droid statt über den PlayStore zu beziehen (und damit zumindest nicht mehr die Verzahnung Android+GoogleAccount in Kauf zu nehmen, ohne gleich den Schritt Richtung LineageOS zu tun), durch eine Handy-Reparatur vor einer Neueinrichtung steht. Mit einem GoogleAccount wäre das wohl mit wenigen Einstellungen erledigt. Die Apps manuell neu einzurichten dagegen ist ein Aufwand, der unnötig dadurch torpediert wird, dass Apps wie DAVx5 keine Möglichkeiten bieten, Einstellungen zu sichern und in solchen Fällen zu importieren. Die Notwendigkeit der mühseligen manuellen Einrichtung wird durchaus in Kauf genommen, da verstanden wurde, dass die "Entkoppelung" von Services, die Freie Software ermöglicht, in vielerlei Hinsicht eher ein Vorteil als ein Nachteil ist. Frustrierend ist, warum Apps wie DAVx5 eigentlich selbstverständliche Optionen wie das Ex- und Importieren von Einstellungen nicht erlauben.

Das ist auch *ein* Grund, by the way, warum viele Apps, auch Web- Anwendungen, Google Analytics oder anderes "Tracking" beinhalten - nicht weil die Hersteller die Nutzer ausspionieren wollen, sondern weil die Entwickler herausfinden wollen, wie die Anwender ihre Anwendung bedienen, welche Funktionen oft, selten, nie verwendet werden, um die Bedienbarkeit und Benutzerführung zu ändern. Wir haben das selbst in einem Projekt erlebt, in dem sich (auch über Analytics) gezeigt hat, dass an einer Stelle ein Bedienfluss so ungünstig gestaltet war, dass die Nutzer einen Prozess regelmäßig nach dem ersten Schritt abgebrochen und nochmal zurückgegangen sind, um neu zu starten. Das wurde in einer Folge-Version angepasst, und kurz nach dem Launch hatten wir in erschreckend großem Maße Mails von Nutzern, die sich für diese Änderung bedankt haben. Dazu muss man sich aber mit den Nutzern beschäftigen. Wenn die Nutzer in-house sind, dann schaut man denen gelegentlich über die Schulter. Wenn die Nutzer draußen vor Bildschirmen sind, ist dieses "Über-die-Schulter-Schauen" bedeutend schwieriger. Aber solche Punkte sind es, die an vielen Stellen die Usability von "professionell" entwickelten Produkten ausmachen, und wo die FLOSS-Community leider an vielen Stellen nur daran arbeitet, die auf diesem Weg gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zu kopieren. Wir ahmen nach, entwickeln aber hier nichts weiter.
Und: Wir denken dort gern schwarz/weiß: Die Industrie ist böse. Tracking ist böse. Orientierung an den Nutzern passiert nur, wenn man sie durch Geld und Manipulation überzeugt, dass das, was man ihnen zu bieten hat, das ist, was sie brauchen. Sicher: Die Industrie fokussiert darauf, ihre Produkte an eine große, größtmögliche Masse zu bringen. In der Konsequenz: Sehr viele FLOSS-Entwickler arbeiten zum Broterwerb bei genau solchen Konzernen. Sehr viele Werkzeuge und Frameworks, die heute für FLOSS-Software-Entwicklung verwendet werden, stammen oder werden maßgeblich unterstützt von großen Konzernen. Selbst bei der GNOME Foundation und der FSFE stehen Google in der Liste der "Premium- Sponsoren", und Mozilla hat Verträge mit Google über die Verwendung als Suchmaschine im Browser. Und auf der anderen Seite sind leider viele FLOSS-Projekte letztlich Projekte von Hobbyisten, die Dinge zum Spaß und aus Enthusiasmus tun, die aber aus diesem Rahmen heraus gar keine Notwendigkeit oder kein Interesse haben, sich allzu stark auf Endnutzer zu fokussieren. Dort haben wir viel "Luft nach oben"...

Eine Möglichkeit das zu ändern, ist freiwillig mehr für Freie Software Produkte zu bezahlen. (Was ich persönlich und mit meinem Unternehmen auch mache.) Und so das Rad von der Seite aus mehr in Schwung zu bringen. Bei der FSFE ist das seit Jahren ein Schwerpunktthema (von mir).
Eine große Masse der Leute, die in der FLOSS-Entwicklung aktiv sind, sind eben *Entwickler*. Menschen, die Code schreiben. Deutlich seltener UI/UX-Experten, Designer oder Projektmanager.
Die Fähigkeit "Software-Entwicklung" schließt normalerweise den Design, UX und Managing-Teil mit ein. Und darum gibt es auch sehr viele Leute mit diesen Fähigkeiten die Freie Software mitentwickeln.
Wenn ich *das* will, dann müsste ich endlich den wichtigsten und derzeit aus meiner Sicht kritischsten Schritt gehen und in der Breite akzeptieren, dass "Freiheit" auf dieser Ebene nicht "kostenlos" sein wird.
Das ist vielen Leuten verständlich, zumindest wenn sie ernsthaft darüber nachdenken. Viele würden gern mal 2 Euro für Freie Software bezahlen, die Möglichkeiten dafür werden immer besser, sind aber noch zu schwer.
Um die Freien Apps besser zu bekommen, bräuchte es Modelle, die es qualifizierten Experten aller Disziplinen erlaubt, in professioneller Form solche Software zu bauen und zu vertreiben.

Das kommt darauf an. Dort bin ich mir arg unsicher. Meine sehr subjektive Wahrnehmung oder Angst ist: Diese Anbieter haben grundsätzliche Nachteile, weil sie zwar gut sind, ihre Aufgaben solide erledigen, aber relativ weit hinter dem zurückliegen, was Apple, Google, Microsoft seit langem tun. Kalender und Mail sind ja schön, aber das sind Dinge, über die sich bei den großen Anbietern (und auch vielen Nutzern) kaum jemand mehr Gedanken zu machen scheint. Zumindest in meinem Umfeld (subjektive Brille, wie gesagt), wird das als völlig selbstverständlich funktionierend vorausgesetzt und (möglicherweise anderes Problem) als Teil des "Systems" angenommen, das man gekauft hat - wie noch vor 25 Jahren alle Welt davon ausgegangen ist, dass ein PC und Windows untrennbar zusammengehören. Dazu kommt, dass Mail insbesondere im privaten Umfeld außerhalb einer gewissen Nutzergruppe in der Breite kaum noch Relevanz zu haben hat, zumindest kann ich mich nicht mehr erinnern, wann ich die letzte *private* Konversation via Mail geführt hätte.
Eine große Masse der Leute, die in der FLOSS-Entwicklung aktiv sind, sind eben *Entwickler*. Menschen, die Code schreiben. Deutlich seltener UI/UX-Experten, Designer oder Projektmanager.
Die Fähigkeit "Software-Entwicklung" schließt normalerweise den Design, UX und Managing-Teil mit ein. Und darum gibt es auch sehr viele Leute mit diesen Fähigkeiten die Freie Software mitentwickeln.
Jein. Dann lass es mich anders formulieren: Zu viele FLOSS-Projekte (Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel) sind code-zentriert und von Programmierern nach technischen Gesichtspunkten vorangetrieben. Deswegen führt man teilweise auch ewige Diskussionen, warum Projekte wie GNOME oder elementary relativ detaillierte bzw. restriktive HID- Guidelines haben. Das ist nicht wirklich schlimm, aber es ist unredlich und für Endnutzer*in schwierig, ih* die Ergebnisse der Arbeit eines solchen Projektes vorzuschlagen als Alternative zu einem professionell (egal ob proprietär oder FLOSS) entwickelten, betriebenen "Produkt".
Vielleicht ist das auch die Abgrenzung, die es braucht - professionell vs. "Hobby-Projekt"? Das würde auch dezentrale Systeme für Chat, ... anders einordnen: Bekomme ich die Verfügbarkeit von WhatsApp oder Telegram verbunden mit besserem Datenschutz von einem "Einzelkämpfer", der irgendwo allein einen Server betreibt, oder will ich dafür einen verläßlichen Anbieter? Bekomme ich (aktuelle Situation) Videokonferenzsysteme sicher, stabil und schnell auf "kostenfreien" Servern irgendwo im Netz, oder will ich dafür einen professionellen Betreiber / Partner, der dann natürlich Geld kostet?
Das ist vielen Leuten verständlich, zumindest wenn sie ernsthaft darüber nachdenken. Viele würden gern mal 2 Euro für Freie Software bezahlen, die Möglichkeiten dafür werden immer besser, sind aber noch zu schwer.
Ja, deswegen finde ich auch Ideen wie den App-Store in elementary so wichtig (pay-what-you-want, bei dem es einen eingestellten Mindestbetrag gibt, den man manuell auf €0 setzen *kann*). Aber der Weg ist noch zu lang und die Systeme sind an manchen Stellen auch noch zu hakelig. Und ich weiß nicht, wie intensiv an diesen Themen gearbeitet wird.
Du kannst sowohl f-droid.org, wie auch einzelne Anwendungen finanziell unterstützen. (Mache ich seit einigen Jahren. Was hält Dich davon ab? >;) )
Dto. Aber das ist ein anderer Punkt, vielleicht auch nur Terminologie. Dort wäre mir in f-droid eine Abkehr von der Idee "Spende" hin zu (s.o.) einem pay-what-you-want-Ansatz, ggfs. auch mit einem Minimalbetrag, sehr viel lieber. Das würde möglicherweise auch neue Entwickler dazu motivieren, ihre Anwendungen über diesen Kanal zu vertreiben. Der momentane Text (von wegen "spendiere dem Entwickler eine Tasse Kaffee") ist zwar nett gemeint, aber für jemanden, der von Software leben will oder muss, eher suboptimal. ;)

Meine Erfahrung: Posteo.de mit Davx5 auf einem Android-Gerät funktioniert für Anwendende (die wenig basteln möchten) gut!
Das Problem ist die Ersteinrichtung. Die ist bei Android Geräten allgemein schon nicht ganz leicht, weshalb die welche allerdings oft von Leuten im Telefon Laden mitgemacht wird. Und die machen dann nur Standard der großen Anbieter.

Ja, alles durchaus bekannt. Es sind so Dinge wie die Kalenderfreigabe, die immer mal wieder spontan rumzickt (bin mit dem Support in Kontakt, aber am Ende führt das immer zu einem abendfüllenden Fehlersuchprogramm, das schon frustet - der besagte Preis der Freiheit ;) ).

Ja genau das wurde in einer Sitzung thematisiert und hat dazu geführt, dass erneut geschaut wird, ob man das Geld nicht"investiert". Aber man hat versichert diese ganzen urls zu blocken und wird es bei den Servern in Zukunft auch anstreben.
Aber es hörte sich sehr so an, dass man damit auch noch mehr mit Microsoft verzahnen wolle, da man dann auch dort auf ein ABO Modell pro User wechselt und noch mehr tolle Dienste von Microsoft zur Verfügung hat...

Zum BMI Messenger: Wenn meine Infos stimmen wird für die Netzte des Bundes der Wire Messenger getestet. Eine Behörde darf den Messenger gerade testen. Problem an der Sache: Nicht alle Behörden haben Zugriff auf das Netz des Bundes bzw müssen für einen tatsächlichen Zugriff große Hürden auf sich nehmen. (z.B. Remotedesktop über einen Browser auf einen anderen Rechner der wiederum zugriff hat oder eigenes Betriebssystem auf einer SINA)
Warum man E2E-Verschlüsslung nicht vertraut und den Messenger nur im Netz des Bundes verfügbar macht, ist mir etwas schleiferhaft... Auch warum unbedingt Wire...

Wie versprochen hatte ich eine Rückmeldung gegeben, was es geworden ist.
Man hat aus einer eigenen Installation aus Rocket Chat mit Jitsi gesetzt. Gewählt wurde aus MVC, Skype, Teams, Wire, Threema, Signal, Mattermost, Rocket Chat und Zoom.
Du müsstest schon eine vertrauenswürdige Firma finden, die eine Lösung mit Freier Software installiert und wartet, und die diese Lösung als Gesamtpaket (mindestens) bundesweit verkauft. Ein eigenes Team von Experten für diesen Job aufzubauen oder zu unterhalten hieße Risiko, Aufwand, Mut. Kein Manager eines Betriebs mit mehr als 5 Angestellten will und darf solches Risiko eingehen. Ein Manager, der aufgrund persönlicher "Visionen" oder "Überzeugungen" dazu bereit wäre, muss mit dem Vorwurf rechnen, dass er das ihm anvertraute Gut leichtsinnig aufs Spiel setzt.
Oder du müsstest eine Mehrheit von Kollegen überzeugen, die sich klar gegen proprietäre Lösungen entscheiden und dies auch schriftlich bestätigen. Eine Unterschriftenaktion im Stil "Ich Unterzeichneter bestätige hiermit, dass ich gegen eine Lösung mit Microsoft Teams bin, weil mein Arbeitgeber sich dadurch noch weiter von einem proprietären Anbieter abhängig machen würde. Als Alternative plädiere ich für Lösung X, auch wenn diese Wahl mit größeren Kosten bzw. mehr Eigenaufwand verbunden ist."
Ja, die Lage scheint hoffnungslos. Aber gib nicht auf. Möge mein an die Wand gemalter Teufel übertrieben sein und dich motivieren dagegen anzugehen.

Was würdet ihr für Argumente heranbringen und welche Alternativen heranziehen. Ich würde ja Mattermost vorschlagen, leider finden die Leute an Teams scheinbar gerade das gut, was ich so schlecht finde. Es läuft in der Cloud, also muss sich kein "Dummer" finden der es administriert...
