Hallo zusammen,

Zuviel Mathe gehabt, Bernhard? :-) Unendlichkeiten sind so was herrlich Theoretisches. Also zieht der Vergleich.

http://audio-video.gnu.org/audio/rms-speech-patents-lse2002.ogg
To introduce this talk about software patents, I should explain that this talk is not about <quote> intellectual property <unquote>, because there is no such topic such subject.
Anyone who talks to you about <quote> intellectual property <unquote>, is probably either trying to snow your or to lead you to (verstehe ich nicht) of thinking.
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/stallman-patents.html
* Patente ? * Gebrauchsmuster ? * Copyright ? * Urheberrecht / Authorenrechte? * Markenrechte ? * Geschäftsgeheimisse ? * Regionale Kennzeichungen ? * Pflanzenzüchtungen ? * Hab ich was vergessen ?
------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1)
The Case Against Protectionism Published in The Freeman: Ideas on Liberty - October 1980
http://www.fee.org/vnews.php?nid=880
------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) Es gibt zum Thema Protektionismus eine interressante Satire:
Frédéric Bastiat is a well-known french classical liberal author and economist. He is now best known for his famous satire “The Petition of the Candle-Makers” (1846). In this satire a group of organised candle-makers petition government to protect them against an unfair competitor – the sun. Never was protectionism ridiculed in a more efficient manner.
Sonne!
http://bastiat.de/bastiat/petition.html
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
