Hallo zusammen,
elektronische Rechnungen werden langsam zur Pflicht und ich schaue mich nach Lösungen um, die Freie Software sind. Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Formaten: XRechnung und Zugferd, letzteres ist ein Hybridformat und kompatibel mit dem französischen Factura-X. Aber es gibt auch andere europäische Formate.
Ich konnte keine Freie Software finden, die alle diese Formate lesen kann. Wenn es sich um ein Hybridformat mit einem PDF-Teil handelt, ist das in Ordnung, aber was ist mit rein strukturierten Formaten wie XRechnung? Für dieses Format habe ich Quba-Viewer gefunden, aber wie sieht es mit anderen Formaten aus?
Kivitendo kann Rechnungen im Zugferd-Format erzeugen, aber ein ganzes ERP nur für das Lesen und Generieren von Rechnungen ist vielleicht ein bisschen extrem. Es gibt eine ältere LibreOffice-Erweiterung https://github.com/akretion/factur-x-libreoffice-extension, die Factur-X generiert, das mit Zugferd kompatibel ist. Allerdings wurde sie wurde seit Jahren nicht mehr angefasst, so dass das zwar funktionieren mag, aber langfristig ist das doch etwas wackelig.
Hat sonst noch jemand einen Tipp für diese Lösung?

Also geht es dir um das Lesen und Auswerten von solchen Rechnungen. Das ist natürlich schwieriger, wenn man dann alle existierenden Formate verstehen muss.

Wenn es ums *Ausstellen* von e-Rechnungen geht, kann ich vielleicht helfen und würde mich über Tester und Benutzer meines "Lino" freuen. Lino ist absolut freie Software (AGPL). e-Rechnungen*einlesen* kann auch Lino leider noch nicht, und ich habe bisher auch keinen Kunden, der für dieses Feature zahlen würde.

bei Intevation haben wir ebenfalls LaTeX im Einsatz und generieren die Rechnungen aus einem einfachen Textformat. Da haben wir dann aus einer einfachen XRechnungsvorlage einfach unserer Skript erweitert und erstellen XRechnungen, die für uns ausreichend sind. Das ist allerdings nicht sehr allgemein.
Wer nur gelegentlich was an den Bund abrechnet, für den reicht die Webformularerstellung auf https://xrechnung.bund.de/ vermutlich aus.

Robert Großkopf hat im Rahmen von LibreOffice ein Modul entwickelt, das das kann: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/2/26/XRechnung_Extension_2408.zip
... → eine neuere Version der XRechnung für das Einlesen und Erstellen elektronischer Rechnungen, auch brauchbar für den Rechnungsdruck, hoch geladen. Da führe ich laufende Ergänzungen durch.
