Hallo, ich such momentan für mein Ubuntu ein Programm mit denen ich Netzwerke zeichnen kann. Ich habe in der Schule nur MS Visio kennen gelernt. Gibts es Alternativen?

Ich hatte Dia ebenfalls schon mal in der Hand. Es ist nicht das Non plus ultra, aber ich denke es ist zumindest brauchbar (was ich von der aktuellsten Visio-Version nicht behaupten kann).

Je nachdem, was Du machen möchtest, wäre evtl. auch ein Interpreter für das dot-format sehr nützlich. Denke da an graphviz[1]

Das schöne Tool Dia wurde schon genannt.
Ansonsten habe ich recht gute Erfahrungen mit einfachen Vektorgrafik-Tools gemacht (sofern du alle benötigten Netwerk-Symbole zur Hand hast), also Inkscape oder LibreOffice Draw.
Am professionellsten sehen die Ergebnisse jedoch meiner Meinung nach mit TikZ aus, das ist ein LaTeX-Paket für alle Sorten von Graphen und Diagrammen. TikZ hat ein hervorragendes Handbuch:

Schau dir zum Beispiel Seite 40 ("A Petri-Net for Hagen") an. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob TikZ deine benötigten Symbole schon beherrscht.
Vielleicht gibt es auch andere LaTeX-Pakete (womöglich auf TikZ aufbauend), die direkten Support für Netzwerk- Diagramme haben.
Genereller Hinweis für LaTeX-Themen: Besuche deine lokale TUG, um nicht zu lange an der steilen Lernkurve hängen zu bleiben. Die unterschätzt man gerne. :-)

Eventuell ist das etwas was man fördern kann ? Momentan steht die Welt auf bunte Bilder, und wenn die dann auch noch DIN gerecht sind ....

ktikz/qtikz sind GUI Pakete in Debian um TikZ etwas handlicher zu machen. Mein ehemaliger Praktikant hatte sich einen Tag in TikZ eingearbeitet und war dann begeistert...
