| Beim Einsatz proprietärer Software gibt es generell die Möglichkeit | zu einem anderen Hersteller proprietärer Software oder zu OSS- | Produkten zu migrieren. Die in der Landesverwaltung eingesetzten | SW-Produkte befinden sich in der Betriebshoheit der Fachverwaltungen | bzw. Dienststellen oder des Landesbetriebs IZN und sind durch | Sicherheitsmechanismen gegen den Zugriff von außen geschützt. | Deshalb können SW- Anbieter nicht direkt in die Geschäftsprozesse | der Landesverwaltung eingreifen und den Zugriff auf Datenserver ver- | bzw. behindern.
