Danke! Wir sind an dem Thema schon seit Ende 2015 dran, und es ist echt ein harter Brocken: https://fsfe.org/activities/radiodirective/
Der aktuelle Stand: Es gibt eine Expertengruppe, zu der uns der Zugang verwehrt wurde, und die damit beauftragt wurde, eine Liste der betroffenen Geräteklassen zu erstellen. Das vorläufige Ergebnis ist allerdings sehr enttäuschend, da eine Softwaresperre für so schwammige Klassen wir "IoT (Internet of Things)" und "SDR (Software Defined Radio)" vorgesehen ist.
Es gibt nun bis zum 4. März die Möglichkeit, an einer Anhörung der Europäischen Kommission teilzunehmen. Wir sind gerade dabei, unsere Antwort zu verfassen und mit einem Rechtsgutachten zu den juristischen Gefahren für Freie Software zu unterfüttern. Sobald wir was Spruchreifes haben, machen wir das gerne publik, um anderen bei der Teilnahme an der Konsultation zu helfen.
Ich kann aber nur dazu ermutigen, sich auch unabhängig von uns dazu zu äußern. Es gibt zahlreiche Nachteile von Artikel 3(3)(i), nicht nur für Freie Software, sondern etwa auch für KMU jeglicher Art und sicherheitsbewusste Endanwender.
