As this is going to enter a consulation state, it might be a good thing if some kind of brief was submitted on behalf of royalty free music (to avoid blanket policies that ignore its existance). Clearly, IFSO is not the organisation to do so.
Ross Anderson has been lobbying in the UK on this.
