Sembra che, con legge regionale, la regione Puglia abbia reso obbligatorio l'uso del software libero negli appalti per la pubblica amministrazione:

Sembra anche che nell'"agenda digitale" approvata mercoledì in commissione alla Camera vi siano aperture al Software Libero ma non ho ben capito di che tipo (l'"imposizione" di cui parla questo articolo mi sembra un'esagerazione:

Ne stiamo discutendo all'interno della nostra cooperativa (che si occupa di solo Software Libero!), ma per ora le cose non ci sono molto chiare.
I due articoli di Punto Informatico sono abbastanza vaghi e non sto trovando, in rete, articoli che spieghino meglio queste cose. Ci sono un po' di commenti sparsi, qua e là, che sono piuttosto contraddittori.
Qualcuno di voi ha trovato info più precise e comprensibili?

ancora no: sto facendo qualche ricerca.
Sembra che la cosa sia finita sulla stampa estera: [1] (H online), mentre secondo quest'altro [2] articolo anche la Calabria sembra "aprire le porte" al Software Libero.
