har idag tittat igenom Vervas ramavtal för programvara och tjänster 2007, specifikt då det som handlar om "öppen programvara" där man haft med som "skall"-krav i upphandlingen att programvaran som erbjuds måste uppfylla OSI:s definition av "open source".
Det slog mig när jag tittar på priserna som Redbridge och Init angivit att de även tänkt sig att man vill sälja ex.v. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Cluster Suite och SUSE Linux Enterprise Server genom ramavtalet.
Är det någon som kan kommentera på om dessa produkter verkligen uppfyller OSI:s definition? Jag är tveksam och misstänker att de innehåller en signifikant del proprietär programvara.

Vad jag vet så är all kod till de där produkterna släppt under OSI-godkända licenser. Red Hat tror jag använder nästan uteslutande GPL. Se t.ex. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_clones .
