živjo!
hvala za argumentiran in inspirativen mail oziroma cel thread. zelo mi je dobro argumentirano sledeče:
Opaža se vedno bolj, da uporabniki postajajo zelo ležerni in ignorantski v odnosu do tehnike - argument "samo da dela" je absolutno premagal vprašanja "kako deluje" in "kaj dela". To, kolikor je meni znano, se navezuje na temelje FSF, ki zahteva transparentnost tehnologij in prost pretok. Ta ležernost je razlog "uspešnosti" iJapka proizvodov in M$ prodaje. In kolikor je meni znano, se ta ležernost vzgaja v osnovni šoli pri računalniškem pouku ter vse vertikalno in horizontalno skozi izobraževalni sistem.
mislim, da je treba zelo aktivno treba delovati pri zavesti mladih, torej spodbujati raziskovalni duh in željo po razumevanju stvari, _kako deluje_ in _zakaj_... in zelo zelo je res, da se zgoraj omenjena ležernost vceplja že v osnovni šoli ter srednji.
pritisk v takšnih primerih se mora izvajati na zakonodajalca in ne na ISPja, kateri so se v tem primeru počutil dosti osamljenega - nevladne organizacije niso pretirano izvajale pritiska in tudi državljanske akcije ni bilo.
tu me pa zanima, ali je v preteklosti prišlo do efektivnega sodelovanja med ISP-ji in kakšno nevladno organizacijo? zdi se mi namreč, da v glavnem ISP-ji vedno raje paktirajo s svojimi (aktivnimi in zavestnimi) uporabniki kot zakonodajalcem, ki bi rad vedno znova uzakonil omejevanje in blokiranje brez premisleka o dragocenosti prostega pretoka baziranega na TCP/IP protokolu. torej, ali obstaja že kak precedens sodelovanja med ISP-ji in civilnimi iniciativami, ki si prizadevajo za državljanske/človeške svoboščine, na katerem bi lahko gradili produktiven odnos in akcije?
