Put message in an envelope and seal.
Place a piece of paper over half the back and sign your name on it so some is
on the envelope and some the piece of paper.
Now place the signed piece of paper somewhere public, and anyone can try
lining the two up to prove that you signed the envelope, yet forging a
signature is fairly tricky and there's no way what the whole thing looks like.
