Free Software, "libre" software, and Open Source software are all the same thing - these are different terms for the same stuff. Free Software groups including FSFE and FSF try to reduce terminology proliferation and ambiguity by sticking to one term, and by clarifying the close relationship between them when multiple terms are used. "free, libre and open source software" are all the same thing. It's like saying that the meeting is for users of computers, computing devices, things that compute, and all computers. Rather confusing.
