I think the next step with regards to this is to think of a name for the actualy project. I am really keen on this mailpod thing, I think its cool and modern sounding - I would be really happy with the name of the operation being "manchester mail pod"
- anyone have thoughts
Also, anyone want to do for a drink etc after the meeting?

Hehe. I'm happy with the idea of a mail pod - Diaspora uses pods, and to me 'pod' conjours an image of a self contained area which shares its infrastructure. That fits what we're trying to do well - we could emphasise the separateness of each account and its independence from admins and other users.
However we have a variety of names to choose from and we could actually use more than one in a combination of ways if necessary. We can discuss this all this evening.
