Hi, here they are (in a low-res version to get through the list filters lol)
Can people let me know if they are happy or not?
Also, how many do we want? We were going to get 5000 when we were handing them out at the demo in Manchester - however I guess we need a few less now! Also, we had budgeted £100 for the printing but if we could use some of that for venue costs that would be good.
The £50 we have budgeted for only gets us the ground floor, but that only makes for 30 people in a workshop setting.
It's possible we will need both floors... but they want £150 for that. I am not sure what to make of the cost really. I want to support madlab... however, at that price we could hire the friends meeting house which is much posher, easier to find and more central. Gone are the days of free weekend venue's it seems!

I agree, - what about £50 for printing? and 70 of the 120 raised towards the venue? I think 1000-2000 flyers would be enough not sure how much that would be.

Yeah, I was thinking when we have publicity out and some idea of attendance we could try negotiating.

I think the ORG event has about 15 people - is the main event page doing very much better than that then ?
How much of the Friends would we get for £150 ?

I'm happy :)
As for the flyer, I have a some minor corrections/comments for the text on the back:
Near the bottom "By using encyrption," should be "By using encryption,"
The following are more style, and you can get away without changing them:
"Doctors Surgery" may need an apostrophe, but it seems all combinations are acceptable and use is mixed:
In "the doctors surgery", "doctors" is an adjective that describes the type of surgery (it could be read as the surgery of doctors).
In "the doctors' surgery", the surgery is owned/run by the doctors.
The singular form I would only use if you were talking about a person's doctor: "your doctor's surgery" is the surgery that your specific doctor owns/runs/works at.
"And how to browse the internet anonymously": "Internet" should be capitalised, especially (or only?) when used as a noun. However, the media often do not capitalise it, so it seems that either is acceptable.
Simon
Thanks Simon - I really appropriate this, I am dyslexic and its especially welcome to get feedback of this sort :) Will implement changed :)
