I'd like to help contact with institutions of Belarus and Russia.
I think I could contact all reported bodies of these countries.
I want to contact them on behalf of the FSFE: I have no postal
address where I could receive letters reliably and with low latency.
However, I think some of those organisations may have difficulties
in communicating in languages different from Russian, so if they
send any questions to the FSFE, I'll probably want to help with them.
