The website of my city (Kortrijk, Belgium) was referring to the
website of adobe ( www.adobe.be.) in order to
install a pdf-reader. I sent an email with the suggestion that
are also free pdf-readers (http://pdfreaders.org/) and that
I didn't understand that a government was promoting commercial
software. I was
pleased that after a few days the website was changed and now
free pdf-readers are recommended.
