Hi, lately I've been using Okular on Windows (last 3 months) to preview Latex documents. I'd like to see it added to the list of Windows PDF readers :) Okular unlike Acrobat does not lock the file, so I was able to compile the latex source and it would automatically get updated in the viewer. Installing Okular on Windows is pretty easy - just grab the installer from windows.kde.org and select kdegraphics to be installed.
Regards, Frederik
Has anybody replied to this?

So we use http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-lat... as the download link for Windows version of Okular? Do we explain that one must select kdegraphics from the installer?
best, /Stian

Hi Stian,
I will check the installer and see if it's ok to link it.
I think there is for example no deinstaller.
Please wait for me, I will give you feedback soon.

Hi Folks.
I tested the new 4.1.3 KDE with Okular on Windows and it is NOT working.
This installer and KDE on Windows at all is definitely in alpha state.
The installer is not just for Okular but also for other KDE stuff that you don't need, and not want. To install Okular you need much Bandwidth and > 200 MB disk space.
After the installation Okular hides within a KDE menu which will confuse most people. It also is not shown in the "open with"-dialogue, so you have to give the path manually (C:/Program Files/KDE/bin/okular.exe).
After that, as I already said, it does not work.
You may already see what I want to say: I am against the adding of Okular to our list in the current state.
I would appreciate if someone will contact the KDE Windows team and ask for a separate installer, just for Okular.
In the meantime we can check out the upcoming versions of KDE, to see if it becomes stable. It it's stable we can rethink the adding Okular.
OK, let the critic begin ;)
