Hallo Leute,
ich habe kürzlich den Internet Anbieter gewechselt (von Swisscom zu Quickline von WWZ). Seither kann ich von meinem selber gehosteten mailserver keine mails mehr schicken. Der WWZ Support sagte dass alle ihre dynamischen IP Adressen auf einer black list sind. Das soll angeblich zur Bekämpfung von Spam dienen. Damit mein Mailserver wieder richtig funktioniert, müsste ich einen Firmenaccount haben, eine statische IP Adresse und noch separat für die DNS Einträge zahlen. Ich hoffe auf diesem Mailverteiler haben ein paar Leute ihre eigenen Mailserver. Bei welchen ISP's funktioniert das am besten, ohne dass man dazu einen Firmenaccount braucht?

Mit Firmenaccount hat das nicht viel zu tun, das ist nur Terminologie. Viele Provider bieten halt überhaupt nur für Firmenkunden die Option der statischen IP und um die geht es eigentlich.
Blacklists gibt es u.a. für IP-Ranges für dynamische Adressvergabe, aber auch für Residential Customer IP-Ranges. Die Genauigkeit ist teilweise vmtl. fragwürdig und jeder Mailserver-Betreiber muss halt selbst wissen, welche Blacklists er so einbindet …

Das lustige daran ist, dass der Grund warum ich zu WWZ gewechselt habe, war dass man da auch statische IP Adressen bei Privat-Abo's haben kann. Nur hielten sie es nicht für nötig zu erwähnen dass die dann auch auf der Blacklist sind, und die DNS Einträge nicht gemacht werden können.
Desweiteren haben all unsere dynamischen IP-Adressen zwei Standard-Blacklist-Einträge, welche aber in erster Linie die Outbound-Policys betrifft.
Für den reibungslosen Betrieb eines Mailservers empfehlen wir den Wechsel auf ein Business-Abo (siehe https://business.quickline.ch/kmu/office-internet/) mit einer fixen IP. Fixe IP's haben keine Standard-Blacklist-Einträge, da hier die Verantwortung beim Kunden liegt. Zudem ist bei Business-Abos mit fixer IP der für den Mailserver-Betrieb benötigte PTR-Record möglich. DNS-Einträge (wie z.B. PTR-Records) werden mit CHF 50.- exkl. MwSt. je Eintrag/Änderung verrechnet.
Der PTR-Record auf die fixe IP kann nur durch den Inhaber der fixen IP (ISP, also in Ihrem Fall WWZ) vorgenommen werden.
Bei Privatkunden-Abos kann man eine fixe IP dazu bestellen. DNS-Einträge sind dort allerdings nicht möglich.
