Nach unserem normalen Schema (3. Donnerstag im ungeraden Monat) würde das nächste Treffen am 15. September stattfinden.
Machen wir das so? Welche Punkte haben wir für die Tagesordnung?

Von mir aus ja.
Aktuell steht auf jeden Fall folgendes an:
- Aufarbeitung der Wahlumfrage. Matthias moechte gerne, dass wir das ganze in HTML formatieren, damit es auf der 'Ask Your Candidates' [1] Seite veroeffentlicht werden kann. Wenn jemand von euch Lust hat, koennte er/sie schonmal damit anfangen.
Der am 17. September stattfindende SFD [2] waere ein toller Anlass zur Praesentation unserer Ergebnisse.
- Vorbereitung fuer den Talk von RMS am 18. Oktober in Zuerich. Es werden noch Helfer gesucht! Ich werde parallel dazu auch mal versuchen einen Flyer zu entwerfen, den wir verteilen koennen.
- Einige von euch haben evtl. mitbekommen, dass ich mittlerweile in der Jury von OSS Award bin. Am 13. September findet die Preisverleihung [3] statt. Dazu seid ihr natuerlich herzlich eingeladen. Ich werde am FSFE Meeting aber auch noch etwas zu meiner Arbeit in der Jury erzaehlen.
- Am 24. September findet das Herbsttreffen der digitalen Gesellschaft statt [4]. Die FSFE ist eingeladen worden sich zu beteiligen. Wir sollten ueberlegen, ob und wenn ja, wie wir das tun moechten (keine Ahnung ob die Kommas da richtig sind ;)).

Von den Mappen haben wir die deutsche Version auch fertig auf festem Papier gedruckt und gefaltet in Düsseldorf lagernd, Rainer schickt gerne einen Karton nach Zürich, wenn wir früh genug Bescheid sagen.
Alle Flugblätter auf dieser Seite sind zum Ausdruck auf vorgedrucktes Papier gedacht; der Vordruck besteht aus den farbigen Linien oben und unten und dem FSFE-Logo. Auch von diesen Vordrucken können wir uns einen Karton von Düsseldorf nach Zürich schicken lassen.
Die Idee hinter diesen Vordrucken ist, dass jede Gruppe einen Karton voll irgendwo herumliegen hat und bei Bedarf den eigentlichen Inhalt mit einem normalen Schwarz-Weiß-Laserdrucker draufdruckt. Damit haben wir farbige Flugblätter im einheitlichen Design, aber trotzdem immer aktuell und in kleinen Stückzahlen.
Für die Fellowship-Flyer gibt es auch Vordrucke, die aber anders aussehen. Das System ist aber das selbe.
Ich würde vorschlagen, dass wir von den deutschen Mappen und von den leeren Flugblätter-Vordrucken (FSFE und Fellowship) mal je einen Karton nach Zürich beordern.
Wir sollten dann auch einen für die Schweiz angepassten Fellowship-Flyer haben (die Anpassung liegt darin, zu erwähnen, wann und wo die Treffen in Zürich stattfinden). Ich kann das gerne übernehmen, ich habe mit der TeX-Vorlage schon öfter herumgebastelt.
Beim RMS-Vortrag könnten wir dann z.B. die Mappen und die Fellowship-Flyer verteilen.
Sollen wir auch französisch- und italienischsprachiges Material bereithalten?

Leider kann ich unfallbedingt nicht am Meeting teilnehmen und mich vorstellen. Stehe aber gerne als Helfer zur Verfügung, falls Not am Manne ist.
