Ja, das kann ich machen. Gemäss der Wiki Seite ( https://wiki.fsfe.org/FellowshipServices/Subversion ) können aber nur Fellows mit FSFE Account die FSFE Infrastruktur nutzen, heisst ich muss für alle Zürich Teilnehmer FSFE Fellow Accounts requesten, die Repos erstellen lassen und allen Teilnehmern auch gleich Write-Access zuteilen lassen. Gibt es da Einwände?
Persönlich finde ich svn.fsfe.org nicht wirklich die beste Lösung - alleine, weil es afaik nur für FSFE Fellows mit Account ist, sprich nicht öffentlich [read-only] lesbar ist (Stichwort Transparenz, neue Benutzer beantragen etc.).

Ich habe das Repository angefordert und für mich, Marcus und Elias gleich Read/Write Zugriff beantragt. Ich hoffe, das klappt noch diese Woche.
Ich wäre froh, wenn die restlichen Personen, die über keinen FSFE Fellowaccount verfügen, sich schnell bei mir melden könnten. Die FSFE bietet die Möglichkeit an, solche Accounts unverblindlich zu beantragen.

Kennt jemand eine gute Alternative, welche git inkl. pull-requests unterstützt? Ich habe auch noch ein Projekt, welches ein neues Zuhause braucht. Und closed source oder open core Angebote möchte ich möglichst vermeiden.

Es ist natürlich die Frage, was wirklich gebraucht wird und was es kosten darf.
Wenn nur ein Repository ohne Webfrontend gebraucht wird, kann ich das gerne gratis auf meinem Server machen. Nachteil ist, dass ich der einzige mit Adminrechten bin. Ausgeglichen wird das dadurch, dass jedes geklonte Repository eine Komplettkopie ist.
Wenn es etwas mit Webfrontend "nur zum Anschauen" gebraucht wird - quasi ein Online-Repository-Browser - dann würde es sich lohnen, einen Blick auf Trac [1] zu werfen. [2] zeigt ganz gut, dass Trac auch mit Repositories verschiedener Systeme zurecht kommt. Redmine [3] kann das auch [4]. Redmine zu installieren und zu betreiben, macht leider keinen Spass.
Bei allem anderen habe ich keine Erfahrungswerte.
Also, Frage in die Runde, welche Features sind ein "muss" und welche wären "nice to have".

Es geht um den Betrieb eines Git-Services im Rahmen der FSFE. Das ganze würde wohl auch auf FSFE-Infrastruktur (VMs) passieren.
Wir bräuchten Unterstützung bei der Administration dieses Services. Das betrifft nicht nur die initiale Einrichtung, sondern auch die langfristige Erhaltung des Services (sprich Updates/Upgrades).
Als Software-Lösung käme für uns zur Zeit Gitblit in Frage, da es alle wichtigen Funktionen (merge requests etc) unterstützt.

Wir brauchen in erster Linie eine nachhaltige Lösung. Wenn die zunächst SVN heisst, ist das für mich in Ordnung. Ich nutze in diversen Projekten mal das eine, mal das andere.
